The result is a perfect dish. My wife (lifetime vegetarian) said this may have been one of her best meals of this trip, and the best hummus she had ever had. The simplicity and rich character of the dish was really great. Unfortunately we didn't find this place until our last day in Stockholm, and could only try two dishes. When we left, there had been a few more couples sitting outside on the beach chairs that were set up under umbrellas (on astroturf!). I believe this was a new restaurant that recently opened.
