Ky was knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and calm. You could spend hours in this store browsing. So many fabulous things to see. On my first visit I decided on a couple of bracelets. I love them. I put them on as soon as I got home and have been admiring them ever since. I so enjoyed my visit there today and will be back as Ky says they get new items all the time. I'm so glad that I visited this shop. Met the owner and her daughter, and both were extremely helpful and kind. I also had a reading with JoJo the following day (my first ever), and left feeling full of wonderment and purpose. I went out last night and had a few drinks right? Naturally, I was craving a torta de milanesa to soak up the residuals and I went with my fiancé, daughter, and mother who is in from San Francisco to a little market down the street from Malone's. I decided after eating that I wanted to take a walk. So I let them finish their food and took what I thought would be a solo walk down a few blocks and quickly wound up at the end of the street. To my pleasant surprise I saw the word metaphysical on the window and immediately was drawn in. I stood outside just looking in the window completely hypnotized by the pendulums. A girl popped up around the corner and asked me if the shop was open. Imagine that. Me? I told her "I have no clue." and she said "That's what happens when you trust the internet and don't call first." And she made her exit. She was beautiful, really made a good impression. So I stood there a little longer looking into the shop which was dim because they were closed. I went back to retrieve my party of 3 and show my mom the shop. I truly had no intention of entering the store but someone poked their head out and invited us inside. This review has taken quite a turn but the point is that the entire experience was wonderful. The store is neat and the staff were kind and light. The energy was super clear in there and it was a relaxing experience to be able to browse the many wares and read so many details about the items. The range of items went from incense to crystals, patches and candles. I discovered a gem and I plan to return often. I'm sure everyone will find a little treasure in here. This is my new favorite shop, it's so cute!! I'm actually not too big into crystals but I do love spirituality and incense and this is the spot to go if you're looking for hippie/spiritual stuff. They have a nice variety of things and I love how they didn't just have mostly crystals which has been my experience with other metaphysical stores which is totally fine, but I personally like more variety. It also feels good supporting a woman-owned, small local business :) Additionally, Michelle was so kind and helpful. She didn't make me feel rushed and understood when I couldn't afford something. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything at all which I really appreciate. Everything here is quality which is something I value. Michelle was also so accommodating. I have a service dog and she gave us space and was super respectful of not interfering with his work. She even let him stay in their outdoor patio when the shop was a bit too warm for him. I could have talked to her forever because she was so chill and wonderful to talk to. Thank you, Michelle! If you do decide to check out the store, make sure to ask for the pins and patches section! It's my favorite part because all of them are so unique and beautiful and very affordable, too! But yeah, you could say I'm a satisfied customer haha.
