I never gave them consent for this and it was revolting for me to pick up my son and see him looking like a 6 year old little girl. When we got back home he said mommy I want to be a girl!! My favorite part of the show was definitely the acrobatics show where the planes would dip, dive, corkscrew, and roll. Meaning, the kids drive-by in their car and Stilt Circus hands out little gift bags or provides a photo opportunity if kids want it. We provided the goody bags, they provided the fun! They were amazing from the moment I called until the time they left the drive-by. The best part of all was when they walked down my neighborhood street toward my house right before the drive-by. They had different lots set up with free trolleys which ended up being very quick and easy. When we got there, I was struck by the size. I really didn't expect it to be as large as it was. They had a kids area, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, and of course seafood. Fried clams, fish and chips, ceviche, seared tuna, grilled mahi mahi, oysters, calmari, you name it. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to buy tickets. Most items ranged from four to seven tickets, including alcohol. The portion sizes on most items were pretty good. If you simply went to sample everything, you would paying a lot, though. I kind of wish they would offer a smallish sample sized portions for less tickets. For non seafood people, they had hamburger and hot dog options, as well as the regular fair food like funnel cakes and ice cream. It started to become pretty crowded as we were leaving, so I would suggest to go early. We had a great time, and it was definitely worth driving out of our way for.

The Monday before the class Hope (the owner) contacted me via text message to see if I would be registering my daughter for the hip-hop class (Which I thought was strange) I responded with I think we're going to do ballet. I think it's on Tuesday... Hope responded with they had a Tuesday class and a Wednesday class I told her I think we will be attending the Tuesday class however my daughter is not feeling well but we will try to make it The owner responded with I will add her to the roster I hope she feels better. I responded with thank you, because that's what you do when someone tells you that they hope your child feels better when they're not well. A few minutes later, she charged my credit card, which I didn't even know until I had looked at my statement did not know that her telling me she was going to add my daughter to the roster meant she was going to register my child for this class. I wasn't even sure if we were going to make it, I had planned on registering my child the night we attended the class. I did not know that "I'm going to add her to the roster" meant that you're going to pay for this class now I'm fighting with the credit card company trying to get a refund for a class that my daughter did not attend and for a class that I did not register my daughter for. I'm the one who should decide if I register my child for a class or not the owner took it upon herself to keep my credit card information on file since June 2024 to then turn around and charge my credit card in August 2024 without my permission. She did not ask me if I wanted my child registered for the class. She simply said I'm going to add her to the roster. When I told her I wanted a refund because we're not going to do the class she told me she couldn't give me a refund. I picked up the phone and tried to call her. She didn't even answer my call. She just simply continued to send me text messages. Then in the same conversation, she told me that she would give me a 50% refund. Honestly, it's not about the money. It's the simple fact that I didn't give this company permission to charge my card. I didn't give permission to register my child for this class.. Going forward, I would hope that they would not conduct business via text messaging and I would hope that next time they charge somebody's credit card that they need to spell out I am adding your child to the roster, which means I am taking it upon myself to register your child for this class. I never thought that I would be going back-and-forth about an extracurricular activity that I never registered for that my child never attended. This whole situation has been completely ridiculous, unnecessary and unprofessional
