Two itinerary items were clearly sold and repeatedly stated by their agent as private driver/private tour for my niece's birthday and for my mom's wish to visit Lourdes-yet neither was delivered as promised. When we raised the issue, the owner refused to acknowledge that his agent explicitly told us multiple times that these would be private tours. Instead, they deflected and claimed they "worked so hard" because our itinerary was adjusted three times to coordinate dates for four travelers. Basic planning is the bare minimum, and it's exactly why people hire a travel agency. Failing to deliver what was promised and then refusing to take ownership is unacceptable. No accountability, no integrity and no trust. I would not recommend this agency.
