She reiterated the service and what it entailed of when I dropped my pup off, and texted me 20 minutes before my pup was ready to give me enough time to make my way back. Because Gloria is a huge dog person and has her own fur baby, I felt fully confident that she would take care of mine. My dog loves her! She does well with fur babies with special needs which a few of our dogs were before they passed. Colleen does well with dogs that are easily stressed that may not have fun at a groomer.
