She reiterated the service and what it entailed of when I dropped my pup off, and texted me 20 minutes before my pup was ready to give me enough time to make my way back. Because Gloria is a huge dog person and has her own fur baby, I felt fully confident that she would take care of mine. My dog loves her! She dressed my dog in a cute bandana and cute bows when I picked her up both times. She does a really great job! I highly recommend Gloria for your grooming needs.

I'm impressed! They did go a little too short on my Weiner dogs chest other than that his haircut looks so nice. We were also quoted slightly lower for our female German (bath w/ nail clipping $21) and our male ($26) and when we went to pick up our dogs the owner said whoever quoted us on the phone was wrong... but we had them quote us twice before I showed up with all my dogs... he was a complete asshole to us. I don't even care if it's over $5. Customer service is such a huge thing. I can't decide if we will go back because of how the owner treated us.

At my first appointment with Mama Love's I went to her home, knocked repeatedly on her door and no answer, although at least one or two cars were in the driveway. So, me and my two dogs left. After texting her, she told me she had been in the hospital, so I booked a second appointment where my dogs stayed all day and were not groomed because she had a migraine. A play date with her dogs, maybe? I observed that she was decorating her home for Christmas. The third try she shaved my mama Shizu so short you could see her skin which made me mad. But worst, my young shizu male was not groomed at all because he had diarrhea. (Probably due to anxiety, although he did not have it afterwards at home.) I stupidly paid for both dog's grooming. I don't know why all this happened but I will not go back.
