I was extremely upsetting considering I've been a loyal client and never had an issue paying anything. As to no surprise my nail tech is no longer working with the company. I love the nail techs here but truthfully the older women that work at the front desk suck! I usually go by myself to get a wash, hair treatment, split ends hair cut and a blow dry with curls. I'm there not longer than 2 to 3 hours and that's including the treatment. If I only go for a blow dry and curls, I'm done and out the door in less than an hour. Last two times I took my fourteen year's old stepdaughter to get a hair cut, frizziness treatment and blow dry and now she only wants Zoila to do her hair (she used to hate getting her head/hair touch) now she won't go anywhere else.
