A great find just 20 minutes from Orvieto. Everything was prepared and presented perfect. The tomatoes and mozzarella appetizer was a perfect start to the meal. Best mozzarella so far on my trip. Just the right amount of salt and milk. The carbonara pasta was fantastic and full of flavor. This was a perfect way to finish the day visiting this quant little town. read more
