I was referred to Mammoth Printshop by CrossFit718. This is the first time I have ever had T-shirts made. My first experience with these guys couldn't have been better. They are very prompt with email communication very helpful and make the process very very simple. I also received the shirts very very quickly! I was actually surprised they got me my order a week before the date requested. You can definitely tell you're dealing with some down-to-earth good people that enjoy what they do and care about their finished product. I have been on other websites that do not have any way to communicate with a real person and don't give you any reassurance that you're going to get what you want. So besides my complete satisfaction with their customer service, their prices were the best! I did a lot of comparing and really couldn't find a better deal especially since I ordered a small number of shirts and used high quality American apparel T-shirts. The colors were bright, and they gave me the best deal out of any screenprinting place I researched. They gave me a reasonable price on shipping (even all the way out to California). I've worked with Mammoth for over 4 years now and always keep coming back! The inks they use and their printing techniques have allowed my products to last for years. Their customer service is also on point and I've even had an issue where a run of shirts came out different than we had intended and they replaced the entire thing at no charge with no questions asked. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I recently placed an order on the 20th of September. They advised that they would have my order to me by the 7th of October. I called and emailed and got no assistance other than to tell me they would look into my order and that the manager was working on my invoice. On Oct 3rd I was told that I was still on track to receive my order by Oct 7th. On Oct 7th I received an email from the owner stating that they were unable and unwilling to fulfill my order and to please take my business elsewhere. Piss poor service! Not only did they cost me time but they also cost me money as I had to go to another PROFESSIONAL printshop and pay for a rush order all of which might not make it for my event on Oct 17th.
