They didn't even know I had ordered a T-shirt so the did kindly refund my money for that. Then, when I went to wrap the cups (they were Christmas gifts) one of them had been damaged on the back side of the cup. The finish on the cup had been marred and scratched. I will not use them again and most certainly do not recommend them.

It was $10+ (a little higher then I would have wanted to pay). It was done in about two weeks. I went back a year later to have a T-shirt made and this is where it all went downhill. I ordered the T-shirt from her and showed her exactly what I wanted on the shirt. I paid up front and she told me that it would take about two weeks. I was told about 2 1/2 weeks later that it was ready and when I picked it up it was not the right shirt. She apologized and told me that she would get it right with the company that she ordered the shirt from and it would not take as long as my first shirt did. Long story short it's almost 3 months later and I still don't have the shirt. Many calls back-and-forth from them saying they lost my number, they need more details on what to put on the shirt, and problems getting the shirt that I ordered have been all that I have gotten from them. Just recently the owner has told me that she Would refund me half of my money for all of my troubles. I will never do business with them ever again and I encourage you not to either.

Absolutely THE WORST craftsmanship and customer service. I've had to come in for a total of 6 times…read moreduring the last 7 months for mistakes they've made or oversights on their part with frames that cost around 3k. The Great Frame Up pays zero attention to details and the quality of work they will give you is by no way the standard of a custom framing shop that I've ever been to. The frames had scratch marks, fillets were broken, the glass had streak marks from the inside, the artwork were never flat, 2 out of 4 were hung upside down, and one of my 4 diplomas that I had framed were a different color wood. Each time I brought it in, I explained the mistake, and left it to them to correct. I never asked for anything else except that they correct their mistakes and was extremely patient. Finally, my last attempt was after finding a scratches on the 4 diplomas and seeing the inconsistency in sizes among the mats and frames, as well as the fillets, I called the owner Chali, who was EXTREMELY rude and blamed me as I've if was the one providing her with the faulty product.. I took the frames to another shop who also claimed that the quality was terrible and that she has had other customers come in with similar complaints (see David S.) below. The other framing shops suggested I call Chali and ask for the names of the frame so that I can redo them. Chali refused to let me know what the names of the company I ordered from and said that she does not need to provide me with that information. Working with Chali and the Great Frame up has been a truly frustrating and upsetting situation. A huge waste of time, and resources and despite all that Chali could have just been gracious and given me the names of the frames I selected. If this was an isolated incident, I would be more understanding but due to the poor customer service combined with the terrible craftsmanship, I would suggest you go elsewhere.

No one took responsibility. My business Paid for overnight shipment. Package arrived 3 days later. No refund. No apology. If your company needs your package shipped somewhere and it is important to be on time USE SOMEBODY ELSE. After this I will NEVER do business with this store or UPS again. Everybody makes mistakes, but to not take accountability and make things right? And then to LIE and pretend you didn't make a mistake? Felt like I Was talking to my nine year old kid.... shame on you guys. Keep running your business like that and you'll have no business at all.

Everyone kept telling me that it would take 2 weeks or longer to complete 45 jerseys. I could not accept that answer. I explained to Byran that I had my blank jerseys and what needed to be added. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule. The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. He met me at tournament to get them to me. Let me say no one is doing that. He goes over and beyond to provide exceptional service!! He did our 2nd set of jerseys and tshirts as well. The parents and players have been extremely pleased as has our coaching staff. Please do not be like me. Lol. Get your order to him with plenty of time to complete say 2 weeks. Lol!
