Once inside, I waited nearly 20 minutes while the previous client -- a minor with a parent -- lingered in the room chatting after their service was already done. There was still another client ahead of me, and it was clear things were moving slowly. I started to get anxious about being late for work (which I wouldn't have been if the shop had opened on time), so I politely asked if I could just purchase the jewelry and change it myself. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful, even checking my nails to see if I'd be able to manage it. I had no problem paying nearly $80 for the jewelry -- the quality is great. My issue is with the lack of professionalism and time management. This shop is run by one person, and it shows -- there's no sense of urgency, and clients' time doesn't seem to be respected. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, was how my first review was handled. Instead of taking the feedback in stride, the owner posted it on his personal Facebook page and used it to fish for more positive reviews, all while making me out to be the villain. That kind of behavior is petty and unprofessional, especially from someone who should understand the value of transparency and accountability. I won't be back. The jewelry is nice, but I'd rather shop online than waste time and deal with this kind of attitude.
