Gabbi was our piercer and she was SO kind and patient. She took extra time explaining everything to my daughter before the first piercing. We couldn't get my daughter to cooperate for the second ear, so Gabbi let us know we could come back later and she would honor the piercing price. We came back a few hours later and they still spent extra time with my daughter to calm her down and help her understand that it would be super fast.
