Service was fast and friendly. They gave the kid an extra toy so that made her happy. A nice touch that will be repaid for decades as she goes to Cane's on her own and takes her children someday. Food safety isn't something that can be overlooked. Serving undercooked chicken can make someone seriously sick, and it's disappointing that this made it out of the kitchen without being caught. We immediately stopped eating it and took photos. We hope this was an isolated mistake, but we wanted to share our experience so others will check their food before eating. We also hope management takes this seriously and reinforces proper cooking temperatures and quality checks with the kitchen staff.
