I feel like if you come here, you know what to expect. Chipotle is chipotle; they get slammed at lunch and are sometimes super busy, but it works in a pinch and gets the lunch or diner job done. This location is better than most in the vicinity. The staff are pretty attentive and the portions are reasonable. It usually pretty clean unless they are slammed. Only complaint: Be warned about their soda machine here - the Coke tap is almost always broken and pulls air, resulting in splashes and an inability to fill your cup. A good new location, definitely great for those that work in the area and do not have to travel far. The parking lot could have been built more convenient for entrance. Service is ALRIGHT here. The workers can be rude and give a "look" that isn't so friendly. My coworker and I come here occasionally for lunch because we work at the hospital nearby. Since we came prime time, we thought we should order on the app - which we did. The order took forever, we in fact waited there for 30 minutes. We did tell them we were there to pick up, they told us "if its ready, it will be on the shelve." Overall, not a friendly good service. I love chipotle. The menu is extremely simple and many options. I always get the salad bowl to go. I hear the salad sauce is extremely good, it just not for me. I usually just do it without since everything else is already flavorful. We got a sweet/spicy chicken that was featured with brown rice and black beans. Usually when I request veggies, I have to ask twice. But my server got it perfect the first time. I had pico, corn salsa, sour cream and guacamole. When you pay extra for a topping, it can be disappointing if they're too conservative. This place did NOT disappoint! I came to this location between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM. I was the only customer in the line I don't know any names but it was a lady who was heavy set that made my order. So in the process of her making my order another employee that was cleaning the front station they both bumped into each other and the heavy set lady said excuse me to her co worker however she made a comment about her being a natural woman and shaming the other lady and her gender identity. The comment that was made "I can't stand these men that want to be like us real women". I found that comment to be offensive and bullying. The lady who I didn't even know was transgender was defending herself however it was an unnecessary conversation comment. As a customer I would have never known this particular employee was transgender. She proceeded to mention the transgender identity with offensive comments about her being male. It's no one's business to anyone that this lady was trans I felt embarrassed for her. I feel as if that employee should be spoken with because that is offensive and considered bullying. read more

It's chipotle, so honestly I don't have super high expectations, but it's a solid 3 stars for me! I got the barbacoa bowl with cauliflower rice, pinto beans, cheese, tomato, corn, and guac on the side. The barbacoa was freshly made (like straight from the pan), and the guac was perfect. Cauliflower rice was pretty yummy, too! I couldn't eat all of it in one sitting, so I ended up having another meal's worth to take home. Not too bad for a $14 bowl! There was no receipt ace the bag was not sealed. The driver said he inquired about the receipt to confirm contents since the bags were open and they told him it was all there. He said it was the worst Chipotle he's ever picked up from. I thought your management team should know the poor service they are providing. It didn't seem to busy when we went at 6pm, but maybe we missed the dinner rush. The employees are nice and accommodating of your orders. I wanted extra corn and got a full packed scoop of kernel corn on my burrito bowl. They did run out of barbacoa meat and the cooks in the back didn't seem to have any rush to refill it. There is no enforcement of proper mask wearing. Employees and customers are allowed to wear their masks like chin diapers with their noses exposed. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I'd give it zero stars if I could. For people who live and work in the Medical District, this Chipotle is perfectly located. That's the only thing it has going for it. The lines are ridiculously long. Prepare to wait 30 minutes at least, budget for an hour. We all love Chipotle and I understand it will be busy, but people are ordering 3,4, 5+ meals each, one for themselves and one for each of their coworkers back at the office. Its a nice gesture and there's no law against it, but damn it takes forever! I learned from my first visit, or so I thought, and decided to try online pick up for my second visit. Great, create your meal, pay online and then walk in without having to stand in line. So I walked in and there are about 15 other people waiting to pick their orders too. No one's orders is ready on time. A few people decided to speak up and ask how much longer they'd have to wait, and the Chipotle employee told them to "take a step back" and that she couldn't tell anyone anything about their orders. Another brave soul complained and someone, I guess a manager, came from the back office and told her that whatever issue she was having with her order would have to be done online, and not in person. What?? Do your job, dude. Also, one of the employees thought it would be a good idea to throw rice or cheese at her coworker during rush hour, just for laughs and giggles. I got my order about 10 mins later than the scheduled pickup time. Not horrible, but I only have so much time during lunch. What is horrible, though, is that my burrito was made incorrectly. Honestly, I'm not surprised. You will also notice that the portion sizes at this location are so much smaller than any other Chipotle. read more

Employees were arguing with each other, belligerent and even yelling at customers. The employed yelled that they wouldn't work on any mobile orders because people in line were waiting... The employees rolled eyes at customers asking politely for help or a status update. I did not feel safe in the restaurant the whole time I was there. There was no effort made to update any of the other mobile order customers on the status of their orders. The manager had no control over his employees, he said there is no way for them to just refund me and let me leave, directed me to the website. I had tried using the website but a pointless robot named "Chip" (haha hilarious) just points you to various FAQ articles in the "customer support chat" portion of the website. read more

Absolutely love Chipotle, the food is delicious and fairly priced. But, the way they handle their mistakes is classless. I have ordered Chipotle a couple times over the past coupe weeks and enjoy their food, so on Monday night I decided to order it again. So i ordered two 3 steak taco meals and 2 single chicken tacos, since I ordered a couple times they offered Chips & Guacamole for free. I was like YES!!! So i ordered and within minutes got a text from my delivery driver letting me know she was on the way to pick up my food. She later text me asking if I needed any condiments which I thought was very nice. When the food arrived, I noticed how light the bag was, I said this doesn't feel right, so I inspected the contents of the bag and realized that what I thought was half my order was missing. I talked with my delivery driver who said she would call it in. I then entered my residence and pulled the contents out. Instead of the 8 tacos i ordered (two 3 taco steak tacos & 2 single chicken tacos) I received only 2 steak tacos and 1 single chicken taco. So out of 8 tacos, chips & guacamole I got 3 tacos, chips and salsa. So i called the store and they declined to refund my money, offering only if I wanted to come to the store they would remake the order for me. I said, I want my money back and the "manager" (which refused to give his name) said I would have to reach out to DoorDash. So I called the toll free number they offered and explained the situation. After placing me on hold in order to call the store, they came back and said "we are happy to offer you 15% refund on your order, 0% on your delivery fee and 0% on your driver tip. On $27 spent for taco delivery, they were offering me less than $4. Classy way to own up to your mistake.
