A good new location, definitely great for those that work in the area and do not have to travel far. The parking lot could have been built more convenient for entrance. Service is ALRIGHT here. The workers can be rude and give a "look" that isn't so friendly. My coworker and I come here occasionally for lunch because we work at the hospital nearby. Since we came prime time, we thought we should order on the app - which we did. The order took forever, we in fact waited there for 30 minutes. We did tell them we were there to pick up, they told us "if its ready, it will be on the shelve." Overall, not a friendly good service. I love chipotle. The menu is extremely simple and many options. I always get the salad bowl to go. I hear the salad sauce is extremely good, it just not for me. I usually just do it without since everything else is already flavorful. Chipotle is good choice for on the go and something quick!

I had to ask the girl to put more rice in my bowl 3x and then added 5 pieces of protein and had to ask the next girl to add to it. The bowl should be to the rim.....

It's chipotle, so honestly I don't have super high expectations, but it's a solid 3 stars for me! I got the barbacoa bowl with cauliflower rice, pinto beans, cheese, tomato, corn, and guac on the side. The barbacoa was freshly made (like straight from the pan), and the guac was perfect. Cauliflower rice was pretty yummy, too! I couldn't eat all of it in one sitting, so I ended up having another meal's worth to take home. Not too bad for a $14 bowl! Plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Service was quick, as there was no line when we got there around 4:30pm on a Sunday.

Yep... 20 min from here...

Not worth the wait... If you are in a hurry, then do not go here. If you are really hungry, then do not go here. If you are impatient, then do not go here. Both times I've been the line has been wrapped around two sides of the building. Sorry, I'm always in a hurry, I'm always hungry by the time I break for lunch and I'm most definitely impatient. You won't find me waiting in line ever again for what seemed like 45 minutes. But if you have more than an hour for lunch and are never really in a hurry, then go here. If you like standing in an endless line until your legs cramp, then go here. If you like self senseless torture, then go here. Otherwise, I'd recommend picking any one of the other 1000 restaurants in

Badly run. Disinterested in customer service. Food check of and not fresh. Manager argumentative. I'd rather go next door or drive elsewhere

Saves me the headache of asking for a to go box. While I was I was putting my extra food away, the bartenders co worker was almost immediately asking if they could remove my trash. I said no thank you, I have some left over that I'm going to take home, but I sure do appreciate the gesture. The inside is small and cozy, definitely could see this place being an area where I get some work done on the laptop. The bartender Jorge is really laid back and easy to talk to as well. We ordered the fried mushrooms to start, and they were so hot that one of us severely burned her lower gums on them. Seriously! A prescription from the dentist was sought; mea culpa but damn. Once they were less volcanic, they were good. We split a burger with fried onions, and it was dry. The meat was overbooked, the bun was over toasted, and the whole thing needed plenty of beer to go down smoothly. The fries are fine, and we did appreciate that they had some steamed broccoli on the menu. Our daughter was happy with her kids cheeseburger meal, and she did like the chocolate-caramel malt shake she scored at the end. A main reason that we're landing on three stars is the ice cream situation. One of us ordered a soft serve vanilla, and nobody told her that the machine was down, so what she got instead was a cup of half melted Blue Bell soup...are you kidding! Thanks for the prompt refund, but letting your customer know what the situation is in advance goes a long way. So, we tried it. Add a notch to the Dallas belt. We wish them well, but we won't be returning. There are better burgers in DFW.

We've been here numerous times so we were familiar with the menu. The wife had her favorite braised pork which is a pork shank that is incredibly tender and flavorful. The meat falls off the bone. The portion is generous so she had leftovers for lunch the next day. The sauce that comes over the pork is flavorful and addictive. I tried something new. I had just about all the entrees on the menu except chicken fajitas so tried it and it was superb. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, not at all dry. Plus there is an absolutely killer chimichura sauce to pour over the chicken. You get rice and beans, pico, and a generous portion of guacamole to make your fajita. It was outstanding. My new favorite. A trip to Mesero would not be complete without mentioning the La Meserita, which is easily one of the best margaritas in Dallas. The kid had mini tacos with rice and beans and liked them. We will be back for sure.

The standout for me every time is their salsa trio--it's seriously so good. Each one has its own unique flavor, and they all hit in different ways. It's one of those starters you end up talking about even after the meal. The only reason it lands at 4.5 stars instead of a full 5 is that a few of the dishes had a little too much sauce. While the flavors were great, it made some of the crispy tortillas and chips soggy, which took away from that perfect crunch you want. Overall though, the flavors, atmosphere, and consistency make it a go-to. Definitely worth it and I'll absolutely keep coming back.

I had the tried the location on upper Greenville Ave so I was not averse. The first thing I want to say is how in the world do they get their chicken so juicy and tender? It is really something incredible. Do they brine the chicken? Is it injected with juices? The kid got the two fingers kids' meal and I got the three tender meal. The chicken for both of us was perfectly battered, fried perfectly, and juicy beyond words. Fries were crispy and tasty. I did not eat the piece of Texas toast so I can't comment. Service was fast and friendly. They gave the kid an extra toy so that made her happy. A nice touch that will be repaid for decades as she goes to Cane's on her own and takes her children someday. The restaurant was clean. The layout was similar to the one on Greenville but much better taken care of. The condiment station was full. The drink station was clean. The tables were clean. There was no trash on the tables or floor. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only thing was the kid asked why are they called chicken fingers when chickens have no fingers, to which I had no answer.

Mixed Plate Classic ($12.99) + Seasoned Vegetables ($1.00): We chose the Honolulu Chicken, Kilauea Chicken, white rice, and seasoned vegetables. The veggies tasted like frozen veggies and the white rice came underneath the chicken, which we didn't realize until after. Had we known, we would have chosen the macaroni salad as our second side instead. The Honolulu Chicken is supposed to be garlicky but the flavors were just alright. The Kilauea Chicken was way better and had a nice little spicy kick. The white rice was also okay but a bit on the harder side. Additional Teriyaki Sauce Cup ($0.25): We ended up pouring this over the vegetables to give them some flavor. SPAM Musubi Single ($3.79): Not good. The rice was hard and they just poured teriyaki sauce on top of the spam. Skip this one. Pineapple Luau Slider Single ($3.99): It was okay but I wished it was made with Hawaiian rolls. Scoop Macaroni Salad ($0.99): Also just okay. It tastes like a black pepper macaroni salad. You can skip this one too. Mini Twist Soft Serve ($1.99): A mix of blue island wave and pineapple Dole soft serve that is fat free, dairy free, gluten free, and low calorie. This was really good and a great way to end the meal.
