She always made herself available to fit our schedule and was great from start to finish. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 starts is ReMax tried to throw in an additional fee outside the 3% that's allotted for the buyers agent. If I hadn't read the contract carefully I wouldn't have found it. I don't understand why "ReMax" takes such a big chunk of the sale (plus a fee) when Virginia did all the work. So we moved 20 feet over (off his property) then 10 minutes later he jumped on a truck to get on a float...his area NEVER filled up so we were forced to move for no reason.
