Allie takes weeks to contact owners for repairs. Jillian continuously contacts us for forms that were electronically signed and sent back via her own e sign companies of choice saying she didn't get them yet the recipes were also generated she missed. ALL of the various contractors who have come out know this company to be difficult in handling work orders and requests. Even the neighbors gave us a heads up about how ridiculous they conduct 'business' after we moved in. They lack communication between themselves and are frustrating to deal with. They use texting as a main form of communication which is fine but contradict themselves in the treads regarding almost everything. As a renter I will be sure not to rent any properties in the future from these people and as a past home owner/future home owner I would never let them manage my properties. Home owners may make money here but if you want happy renters - or are renters this is one of the worst companyI have ever come across many states.

I called back and was told it would be $150 for the shim. They obviously don't want to mess with my small repair job. So disappointed....if you expect Customer service don't go here.

Serious lack of communication between bosses and workers who often show up unsure what is expected of them to do. Decisions are made two, three, four times as they shuttle different workers onto the site who are unaware of prior decisions. We are on our 4th project manager. Multiple instances of issues caught by us the homeowners before they became bigger problems. Even worse when they know a problem exists and what the proper way to fix it is, Dreamworks will look to the owner and say, "What do you think?" hoping the owner will not want something be fixed properly. Scope of the work consisted of switching a laundry room and bathroom, closing off a doorway, new flooring and a master closet. Our project has gone on for over a year and still no end in site. I would not recommend Dreamworks to my worst enemy. Far from a dream, they are a nightmare.

We found Dana and immediately knew she was a perfect fit. After touring our home she picked up on every selling point and highlighted all the hard work we had put into remodeling it. Once we had it on the market she was the most attentive and avid realtor we could have hoped for. Anytime we reached out with questions or concerns she would answer within minutes. She was always ready with sound advice and was endlessly patient through all of the ups and downs of finding the right buyer for our home. We decided we were comfortable enough to purchase our new home nearer our job before selling the old one and left it entirely in Dana's hands. With all of the stress of moving, transitioning to new jobs, and also taking on two mortgages, Dana was truly the glue that held our sanity together. She was consistent, tenacious, and most importantly...honest. Dana's enthusiasm to sell our house and her inherent business sense had it sold in less than 3 months for exactly what we hoped to walk away with. As a final note, I would like to add that this was our first time selling a house and we quickly learned it is a very strenuous and turbulent endeavor. Dana stepped in and made the journey with us and every step of the way and that's really all anyone hoped for when trying to find the perfect realtor.

This company 'fixed' my mother's roof recently. They sent an unqualified team and no one inspected…read moretheir work afterwards. The final price was over twice the initial quote. The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. The owner does not want to talk about a solution so we will have to wait until a judge sees the independently gathered evidence. If anyone else is in a similar situation do please contact. All others I would advise to steer clear of this cowboy establishment.

If I had any questions, they had the answer whether it was a question I asked of the foreman, or if I called the office (they do answer the phone). Being polite goes a long way, and they were all very polite. I've dealt with many people at my age (79 plus). It is a shame not all companies are like this one. Thank you for everything.
