He answered all questions and explained if she didn't understand. His Nurse / Assistant Regis was AMAZING! She prepared my mom for the procedure, assisted during and afterwards and ensured my mom was comfortable and ok during the entire appointment. She treated her with kindness, dignity and respect. She explained clearly what I needed to know for additional home care and answered all of my questions. We would definitely recommend the staff and services from there.
