The Spring Lake Heights Branch has an unlisted number and you can not get in touch with the branch! When you call PNC Business Banking you get No service or interest in solving your problems. They have no interest in helping their long-term customers and are only interested in large corporate accounts. If you are a small or medium sized business, go somewhere else! The Branch operation is poorly run with 1 person working the Drive Thru Window while several other employees refuse to let customers enter the bank even if they are wearing protection masks. They are not available to help customers and you may wait over 30 minutes at the Drive Thru Window.
