After the procedure, I was in severe pain and returned to request a painkiller. The front desk staff informed me that they do not accept walk-ins, and after some discussion, they mentioned that the doctor usually does not prescribe pain medication. I was wondering why the front desk discuss about my medical situation. Despite my distress, the staff hesitated to contact the doctor Gill, and I had to insist on speaking with her. When the doctor finally came out, she also refused to prescribe any painkillers. I tried taking Tylenol, but it didn't help much. I don't usually like taking medication, but the pain was unbearable. In my previous experiences with other dentists, they were always willing to prescribe pain relief when necessary. I found it concerning that Dr. Gill was unwilling to do the same, especially given my situation. If you need dental work done, I recommend considering another provider or being prepared to seek pain relief elsewhere, such as at an emergency hospital. Thankfully, I found some relief using Orajel, Tylenol and hot towels but overall, this experience was quite disappointing. BRING YOUR OWN PAIN KILLER
