Not only did Josie get us in immediately, she did a beautiful job, and was so patient with my Stella girl. Stella has very high anxiety and tries to run at the smallest sound, so our previous groomer (who was located in our vet's office) would only groom her if she was anesthetized first because she couldn't get Stella to hold still. Josie reported no issues and Stella was in a great mood and looked so cute. The whole family agreed it was the best she has looked after a grooming appointment, ever.
