We had already worked with Doggy Bubbles for years, but over the past 2 years the groomers changed all the time and the new ones kept making "errors" in grooming our dogs. Just wanted to try someone new to see if we can get a more consistent grooming experience. Also, our dogs have been at their grooming place for as much as 6 hours, even though we drop them off at 10 or 10:30, depending. They can't go that long without a bathroom stop. They don't go there but as soon as they're out the door, they go and go and go. Then, they are out of it for the rest of the day. Love Jill but we can't do this to our dogs until there's some consistency with the groomers. Just in response to Jill, we have never had fewer than 2 dogs and usually have had three, and they never took so long before the last few times. At times, each was done by a different groomer but since there have only been two there the last few times, at least that we saw, obviously that was a problem. Also, even though they are Cavaliers, two of them have scant coats so we don't consider them long-haired as they rarely need cutting every time except around paws. The dogs peed and peed when they left the grooming, more than they usually do and drank tons of water when they got home so I can't see how they were walked while there or got enough water as I can only go with their behavior when we picked them up. read more

We have boarded our pup here a couple of times and were satisfied with the service, including the add-on bath and nail trim. The last experience, however, was beyond disappointing. It started with arriving at our drop off appointment and waiting for 15 minutes since their employee was late. I had to call the main number to find this out- no one had the courtesy to let us know. We asked and paid for a go-home bath. When we arrived to pick her up, we were taken aback by the bag of food we had left- looked exactly the same as when we dropped her off.. was she fed at all? Everyone in the family agreed that she definitely lost weight in the three days of boarding. As to the go-home bath: it must have been done the day before since we again arrived for pick up before the employee, had to wait again and she did NOT smell like a freshly bathed pup, not even close! I was so upset that I just paid and left, only to realize I was given NO receipt and felt that I was overcharged. I tried several times to call but no one answered. I personally texted Jill, the owner, explaining my disappointment and concerns and she never replied. Will never return to this unprofessional establishment. Beware!!! read more

I have used Doggy Bubbles for my babies in the past and so didn't hesitate to take my new baby to them. This morning was Halo's first ever professional grooming. He is a 4-month-old toy poodle weighing in at a whopping 5 pounds. Jill was so gentle with him that even though he was nervous at leaving mom for the first time ever, he appeared to be very comfortable in her arms. He was waiting calmly and was so beautiful when I picked him up that I almost didn't recognize him. I've been holding and sniffing him since bringing him home. First, I was a walk-in, as a first timer to book a grooming appointment, I was somewhat skeptical about leaving my baby Honey in the hands of someone else. Then Jill, the owner, attended me and just got great vibes off of her, friendly staff, and took a peek at what they were doing and how they operated. Jill, attended me to book the appointment and explained the process and took some time to look at my baby and explained it'll take some time since she's a first timer, but she'll do great and we'll take care of her. Sure enough, appointment scheduled, we came in, dropped her off, didn't want to leave, but prayed for her beforehand, came back and she looked so adorable and clean and smelled great! I have been here a couple times with all 3 of my dogs. At first they were great, they treated by babies like their family. They were really sympathetic about my bigger dog who is a kennel aggressive and they always made him comfortable. The last time I came here I only groomed my bigger dog, dropped him off at the time THEY scheduled him, when they called about 5-6 hours later, they let me know that they didn't even complete a full groom on him and that I would have to bring him back another day and they charged me for a FULL groom on a incomplete job. They said they didn't have enough time to complete his groom, so why schedule him on the books if you didn't have enough time to finish him? and they didn't even schedule a day for him to come back. I had to go to a different groomer the next day so my dog didn't look funky. I have not been back since. read more

At 7 which was 5 hours later they called to say they got her bathed but because they had other dogs that was knotty they could not do groom until Friday. Please BEWARE this place has a habit of Sedating Dogs even small ones who do very well at groomers ! Our little Sammy was brought here ( we were in the process of an emergency move and had to get his nails cut and his hair trimmed we have never used this place but someone said they were good......they are horrible) . Sammy was dropped off by his Daddy, we waited and waited called back over and over to see why it was taking so long, after five hours they finally called and said come pick Sammy up. My husband went to the Doggy Bubbles , he pulled up and they were standing outside with Sammy in their arms and handed him through the window, my husband put Sammy in his bed next to the drivers seat and drove home only to find out that as soon as Sammy was home and I went to get him like I always do after the groomers because we spoil him play he runs around like a puppy, but this time he was lethargic and not himself and then when I put him down he COULD NOT WALK! We called right away to find out what happened to Sammy at the groomers, this has never happened in 12 years , even at never used before groomers. We had to watch Sammy suffer for several days crying howling like we have never heard. We were finally able to get him to a Veterinarian and they were VERY SUSPECT of this and said he had to have been sedated and dropped or roughly handled, no other way this could have happened and when we called the Doggy Bubbles back they WERE SO ANGRY they hung up after my husband kindly begged them to just tell us what happened and they hung up on him! Said to call the owner! We tried calling the owner and we were hung up on. This is outrageous and Sammy being a 12 year old seizure dog for me is NOW Unable to sleep , he cries every day howling. I want to show you the way he acts and then how he acts now. How could ANYONE drug a dog without permission or hurt a dog and NOT tell the owners what happened? We are asking anyone who sees this to let them know how you feel about the treatment our little 11lb dog got while at Doggy Bubbles, please give them a one star review and let them know that this is unacceptable ? If this was your furbaby you would be livid as well when the groomer refused to tell what happened and was rude to us as well as nasty saying she never ever has ever hurt any dog, well that is a LIE we were contacted by another lady whose dog had the same issue, drugged and hurt. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!RUDE, NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS OR ANIMALS!!!!!!I dropped my dog off at 12pm. I asked them how long it would be thinking the usual 2-3 hours. My dog is 13 years old and she has been to multiple groomers due to moving. The girl said yes, and that they would give me call when she was done. At 4pm trying to plan my day around picking my dog up I called. NO ANSWER. I thought to myself okay they are busy working on the dogs and figured I would get a call in the next 30 mins...NOTHING. Called 3 more times still with no answer. I decided to just go up there. I get there and it's now 4:40 pm. I walk in and the overwhelming smell of dog poop hits me in the face. Due to the corona virus pandemic I am wearing two masks and the smell is STILL that potent. They tell me it's going to be another 20-25 mins. I politely say okay I'll be back. I come back 30 mins later, mind you still no phone call...I go to hand them my debit card and they say, "oh no cash or check." I said, "oh I wasn't aware of that. Do you take Venmo, PayPal or cash app? An employee, while having a dog on the table texting on her smart phone rudely says "what!?" I asked again and said I wasn't aware. The employee said I thought I told you on the phone. I said, "no you didn't." The employee said there is an ATM across the street and proceeded to point to a small index card taped on the counter that said cash or check only in pink highlighter . I said, "okay I'd like my dog so I can take her outside because it's been over 5 hours and she takes diuretics due to her heart failure." The employee replied, " I'm a vet tech, she is fine, I want to get paid." I said, "I understand but that is my pet, I want her back now and I will pay you." She said no. I'm the type of person that rarely looses their temper but this is NOT how you run a business or treat animals. I walked out, went to the ATM covered in germs, and got the money. Very bad at answering their phone) so I showed up and he wasn't close to being done. Come back in an hour at least. Over 6 hours to get my dog bathed and clipped. You can't see where the dogs are kept and everything is in private. As soon as I walked in they quickly shut the door to the grooming area. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. read more

I have a long haired cat and due to stomach issues, he needs to have his hair kept quite short. I have been going to Doggy Bubbles about every two months for over a year now and wanted to share how pleased I am with their services. I know that not all groomers are capable and/or willing to deal with a cat and its claws. The ladies are always friendly, and they go out of their way to take good care of my baby. Upon arriving today, Ashley called out "Oh there's Django the cat," and proceeded to take his carrier and open one end to give him some loving. It means a lot to me and makes me feel more comfortable leaving him for an experience that I know he must not enjoy. Yet every time I pick him up, he isn't stressed or scared looking. His "lion" cut is always perfect, always even and smooth and no areas missed. His claws are nicely trimmed. He gets a little bow or neck scarf to come home with, always looking especially cute. I very much appreciate the work they do and the caring atmosphere they project. I would recommend Doggy Bubbles highly. read more

Being new to the area one is always apprehensive about where to take their most precious companions for grooming. You always want to make sure that they have a wonderful comfortable, happy, loving experience when they are getting pampered. Some salons are in the business of rushing through and not caring the trauma it can create for animals. This is not the case at doggie bubbles, they love their 4 legged (and 2) customers! They made sure our dogs (a 5 yr old English golden with a very over grown coat and a small 2 yr old Cocker spaniel that had become very matted during our move) were happy and comfortable and so were we. Arriving our Golden was scrambling trying to get out the door as she had a previous bad experience.... They took extra care with her and gave her extra love. They were sure to listen to all of our requests and concerns before we left the dogs with them. When we returned to pick up our "girls" they were so excited and happy. They both looked gorgeous and my Golden was not scrambling trying to leave the salon she was content and happy. Thank you Doggie bubbles for your loving care, for taking your time and for giving us a place to bring our dogs that we are confident they will be pampered and treated with loving care.
