Each shop has its own theme, from wooden toys (my favorite), Lego and educational games, to puzzles and party accessories, they cover it all! Plus the space is super chic and extremely well organized, so you don't feel like your brain is about to explode like you do while scouring the aisles of Toys R'Us. So if you're looking for a gift for a kid do yourself a favor and check out this place first since they have the best selection of any children's store I've seen anywhere in the world!

It has plenty of party supplies and kids toys, really nice ones made of wood, authentic, retro, etc.. which are very nice and some that reminded me of my own childhood or things I'd even buy for myself. The thing that sold me on it was that in the back they have a play area for kids, and a really nice cafe in an alcove. My wife and I both got hot chocolates to warm up from the Parisien fall, and a piece of their carrot cake. The carrot cake has to be tried, it was excellent. The couple that owns the store were also very nice and approachable, and speak excellent English. Together, it created a nice one hour break from the cold outside that our daughter loved and made a nice family afternoon. Definitely try it out on the next cold rainy day in Paris (you shouldn't have to wait too long)!

Album is a great and well-known store, but there a few like this that are worth a look and in a less congested area. Super happy to have found this place and will make a special trip to go there again and try a few of the local restaurants of which there are many.

From the outside it looks a bit small, but the shop is actually quite large, with one of the best selections in town. I don't feel they can replace my FLCS (Friendly Local Comics Shop) in the 11eme, but they definitely are my second favorite choice! They also seem to have a huge back catalog of volumes that I haven't seen elsewhere in town. I was surprised to find that they also have full catalogs (all volumes) for most series.
