This is their most popular Italian sandwich cut in half. Zero stars

Waste of money. $15 for dry bun, simple sandwich withSINGLE slice of meat. The subway sandwiches have twice the meat for half the price. Nothing special nor any extra extraordinary ingredients. The staff were nice. I don't think it's the staff's fault. It's just how they're told to make the sandwich. Came into the shop hungry paid $15 for a sandwich and left hungry was almost going to get up until the next two customers so I just walked in to save their money. Hopefully this will reach more people.

The sandwich was mid, not worth the price. The place was clean and staff is nice Service was quick

Decent little old school deli of a sandwich shop. Classic subs with either Baguette or Focaccia bread. Baguette is baked in house, more crispy then fresh but not quite rip the top of your mouth open crisp. Ingredients are fresh and the interior is cute. Ultimately a nice spot except for two things. 1) for what you get, it's unfairly priced high. 2) the music blasting was a downer, bunch of sad slow rap that clearly the staff liked but was a drag. Service was disinterest, grinding out their shift.

This is my favorite caprese sandwich since Tony's Deli on commercial drive closed. I wonder if it's the same family actually?

I needed a place for lunch on a Saturday and saw a bunch of people heading into Mangia's. A quick and causal sandwich sounded great so I walked in. It was fine. My order was taken quite quickly, and I ordered a turkey sandwich with everything on it. They make all the sandwiches fresh, which is definitely nice. I got my sandwich within a few minutes. I opted to eat in the shop, as they have 4 small tables and a counter. The sandwich itself was fine. It tasted as you'd expect a turkey sandwich to taste. It was good, satisfying, but nothing phenomenal. I'd definitely come back again if I needed a quick bite, but wouldn't go out of my way for it!

TURKEY SANDWICHES ARE THE G.O.A.T I'd choose turkey over ham on my sandwich any day, and @mangiassandwiches know exactly how to do it. This relatively new Italian sandwich deli will slice your meats and cheeses to-order. Then all your classic sandwich ingredients gets stuffed into a freshly baked baguette roll. This is simple comfort food at its finest, and the perfect thing to grab when you're looking for something fast but delicious. I loved how stuffed my sandwich was, and it was loaded with turkey and provolone cheese. The bread also had a nice and crunchy shell with a satisfying bite. I would definitely be stepping into the shop if I'm in the the area again. Have you guys checked out Mangia's yet? 7.5/10 ‍10/10 $ (approx. $11-$15/person) Mangia's Sandwiches | 2690 Granville St, Vancouver

The taste of the fillings was very well balanced with nothing being overpowering. I could taste every single ingredient yet they went together very well! I particularly liked the stracciatella cheese. It added a fluffy and soft texture to the sandwich. The shop was small, cozy and well decorated. There were some available seats when I was there at around 1:30pm. There was no line as the peak lunch hour had passed. They made my sandwich immediately so I didn't have to wait at all.

Italiana was so good. Double Prosciutto!! Truffle flavor was strong and paired with stracciatella cheese. What a great combination! And Arugula was very fresh. Foccacia was very crispy outside and soft inside. One of the best sandwich. I will order again. Monte cristo was also good. Grilled bread was very crispy and nicely pressed. Provolone and prosciutto cotto combination was great, too. Sundried totamto provided great accent. I will order this one again, too. Overall, it was a great sandwich shop. Highly recommend.

We walked over after getting off the Granville Island ferry at the Aquatic Centre stop. There wasn't a line, and our sandwiches came out quickly after ordering. - Reuben Sandwich -- tender meat, just the right amount of tang from the sauerkraut and cured meats, finished with their house-made mustard and a crunchy pickle on the side. - Lemon Rosemary Chicken (no cheese) -- light yet filling; the greens added freshness, avocado gave it the perfect moistness, and the light jalapeño kick tied it all together. - Garlic Bread -- buttery, garlicky, and crisp; the texture fell perfectly between a Vietnamese baguette and a ciabatta roll -- ideal snack for the walk. Overall, Number E is a charming deli serving high-quality sandwiches on their own freshly baked Tuscan bread. They also offer pastries, coffee, and other drinks. There are a few indoor and outdoor tables, but it's mainly a great grab-and-go spot. Chill ambience where you can watch the team craft your sandwiches fresh to order -- the perfect pre-ride fuel stop!
