Long story short the guy offered me 50$....I understand it is a pawn shop, but they would've gotten a ton of business from the both of us if handled differently. Bad experience.

On the way home we realized that only two of four prescriptions had been filled. Two that I had transferred from another pharmacy weren't filled. Both were for the insulin I desperately needed for the weekend. It was five minutes until Rick's closed. We turned around and headed that way. I phoned Rick's and got Rick himself. I told him what had happened. He called right back, paper had jammed in the fax machine. By the time we arrived, they had been closed for some time. Rick was great, very understanding and went out of his way to see that I got the meds I needed. I will be switching all my scripts over to Rick's. The only improvement I have is I wish they used an app. It sure would help on my end, but even so, Rick has my business from now on.
