Mango's Place is the best! My son is now 2 and he has been coming here since he was 2 months old. Because he and we are lucky enough to have family close by to help out with our son several days a week we only need a few days a week most of the year. Mangos is super flexible and we are able to pick him up early sometimes or easily switch days and they take such great care of him! All the teachers know him by name and they make sure to check in with us if they notice any concerns. It's also more than just childcare as they help him learn additional ways to learn additional development milestones, work on art projects, and increase his social skills. Childcare is expensive is general but they sell units in packages, which allows you to get more value the more you purchase at once which we also love! My wife and I use this place a lot. It's relatively inexpensive, drop-in babysitting for whenever you need a date day, date night, time away to get some un-interrupted errands run, or just a break from the chaos. I have visited this location twice and both times I toured the front desk never introduced themselves or any of the teachers in the room I looked at. Just taken back told the ratio and that they follow your schedule in that room. I addressed my concerns about the noise because the center is poorly laid out. My concerns were just brushed off not reassured with how it wouldn't be an issue. As a new mom I want to feel Comfortable dropping my child off in a welcoming atmosphere . I also explained that my child may have their comfort item while awake,but don't Want them sleeping with it in their crib. Again my Concern was brushed off and was told I could write it down. I would hate to not send a comfort item for the fear of my preferences not being followed. read more

We love Mango's Place! Our daughter has been going there since she was an infant and she normally doesn't want to leave. We've only ever had a few incidents that were nothing uncommon for a daycare establishment; example, our daughter got bit by another child but that's common at this age and you can't really stop them from doing it! Haha. We've always been notified of any incident, and been given a copy of the "report." A few times her blanket was left behind but it's always been returned to us at the next visit. Our daughter is currently in the toddler room and is looking forward to preschool there! I've recommended Mango's to fellow moms at work and will continue to do so. read more

Well first off I'll tell u this place is a joke! Every time we dropped off our child there was a new girl. Turn over is bad here I don't know if they hate the director or if they hate the work. I'll also say when we did drop off our child they don't listen to any directions you give them" I said no blankets" when she sleeps my wife gets there and she has a blanket over her face. " I said no swings! And my wife gets there and she's in a swing screaming! They don't tell you if your child has any marks on them (scratches, bites) all of those we had on our child and the moronic director asks if I want a incident report you shouldn't have to ask me that it should be automatic! No one cares about any of the children here cause if they did they would of notified me my child was bitten! Once my wife did find it she notified the center and someone responded she would be contacted by the center from the directer so it's going on 330 no one calls. Finally I call and leave a nasty voice mail stating I want someone to call me and I wanna know why my child was bitten! Oh yeah my child was screaming when my wife picked her up and the random lady they found walking down the street said "she's just fussy" this place is a joke and so is the entire staff! I'm sure if I would of let this behavior go on something else would of happend to my child. No one cares they always have new people in there every day don't listen to them. It's a total joke glad we left when we did then we get a call from the owner saying my child is kicked out anyways well that's ok cause we already pulled her out anyways. But if you feel better saying she was kicked out to make your joke day care feel better by all means haha! read more

I have posted this once before but I don't know what happened to it so here it is again. I can't recommend Mango's Place enough! The staff is warm and friendly, the planned activities and calendar for the kids every day are fun and engaging. My kids love going to Mango's and jump up and down when I tell them they get to go. They have gone there for just a few hours to all day and have done the weekly summer camps as well. They always have cute crafts when they come home and talk non-stop in the car about everything that they did! The teachers are great and work to meet any special needs or requests that I might have! They give tours for new clients so I could see the center and the programs they offer and had a free hour to try them out before committing to anything! My daughters have been coming to Mango's Place for a few years now. My youngest does not get to come as often anymore, and gets so excited when I have to take her. She is disappointed when I come to pick her up! The teachers have always been friendly and helpful, and I have really appreciated the flexibility of scheduling. Our daughter really took to a employee here. We became accustomed to giving 24 hours notice as to when we were dropping off because our work schedules changed constantly. I called on a Saturday to reserve my daughters spots for the following week. Received a call on Monday that no spots were available for the whole week and had to scramble 2 hours before I had to be at work to get her to the other location where she is unfamiliar with staff and other kids. This past weekend my husband and I wanted to try Mango's for our daughter. She is not currently in daycare and we wanted to find a structured program that we could ease her into and would help her grow. The flexible program that Mango's offers (hourly) is ideal for us because we felt leaving her for too long at once would be hard for our daughter. We had a chance to visit Powell and Dublin locations and immediately noticed how clean the environments were and also the separation of children based on age groups. The fact that Gracie will be around children her age is reassuring to us. After a 20-25 minute detailed tour, during which we were able to see our daughter interact in the toddler class and already made a friend in the class, we registered the same day! She recently spent an hour at the Dublin location and she loved it. Upon drop off and pick up, staff were friendly and helpful. Staff even allowed me to peek in at the end and watch her for 5 minutes which was a relief to see her happy in that environment. We are so glad we found Mangos! read more

Mango's has been a lifesaver for my family! My husband and I both work odd hours throughout the week, including weekends, and we needed some kind of childcare for our infant when we were both at work. Traditional daycare and/or hiring a full-time babysitter/nanny aren't good options for us since we have plenty of weekdays we don't need care and sometimes we only need care for a few hours. Mango's has given us the option of reserving varying times and days, with only a day or two notice if our schedules change. Mango's is also great in that they are open later hours than traditional daycares and open on Saturday. Hopefully as they expand they will also offer early morning Saturday hours and Sunday hours since we both work on these days as well. Another great benefit for us is that there teacher:child ratio in the infant room is actually better than the traditional daycares we looked at - knowing there would be more attention available for our baby made us feel much more comfortable leaving her. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with, and the day-to-day process of reserving times/dropping off our daughter is easy to navigate. Our daughter always seems very happy when we pick her up, and it really does provider her with a great opportunity to socialize with other kids. We plan on using the scheduled daycare once she is a bit older. We highly recommend Mango's to other parents with odd schedules! read more

I absolutely loved this place! I have a daughter with a peanut allergy and twin sons with sensory issues. I am very picky about who takes care of them! We were visiting friends, and they suggested an adult night out. I wasn't super excited because I was worried about who was going to be taking care of my babies! When we arrived at Mango's place, I met the front staff. They were so friendly and began talking to my kiddos. I felt my guard coming down. The director was there and gave us a tour of the facility. It was so kid friendly! My kids were anxious to play! I was introduced to the staff who would be taking care of the kids. I discussed my many concerns, and felt like the staff listened to every word. You could tell that they cared about kids and keeping them safe and happy. My boys normally cry and grab onto my legs anytime that I leave them- including places that we routinely go. I braced for that when got ready to leave. My kids were already playing with a staff member and simply waved good-bye. They were as comfortable and happy when I picked them up. They had the best time! I was able to enjoy my evening out since I knew that they were well taken care of. We will use them again! read more

Our 3 month old was at mangos place 1 week and multiple issues were observed. They did not follow the state ratio of 1 adult to 5 babies. On one occasion We observed 12 babies and 2 workers. We never once saw a worker holding a baby, even when crying. They also don't hold the babies for feedings. They place a nursing pillow and baby on the floor and hold he bottle in their mouth. They also lied to us about their policies. My husband was told there was a new policy and he could not stay in the room when he dropped by unannounced at lunch. When asked to see the policy they admitted it was not a policy but did not like parents in the room. We caught them in a lie about changing our child's diaper. They claimed to change a wet diaper at 11am. However he was picked up at 11am and when changed at home 10 minutes later it was extremely full. When we did the math of how many diapers we left them and how many they claimed to change it was clear they lied. When picked up after the 4th day there in a row they still did not know our child's name or which baby he was. We will never leave our baby there again and are shocked they are still in business. read more
