The lawyer that was assigned to me was Mr. Austin Kendrick. Austin made my experience thousand times more informative and comprehensive than I expected. We all have seen legal shows where the lawyers are speaking a different language than the clients that was not the case with Austin. I did an intake survey and explained what I was trying to accomplish. He listened intently. He followed up with questions and recommendations based on my desired outcome the process was not long because I had the majority of my information already gathered and just had to organize it according to the instructions it Austin laid out for me. We communicated via phone and email and didn't miss a beat. I think the longest part was due to my canceling our meeting to sign the documents because of Covid but other than that when we met the office was clean, bright, airy the staff that I seen on a Friday afternoon were smiling and cheerful they all greeted me very well. The conference room was clean. The stairs were comfortable, there was nothing wrong with the whole deal so I fully recommend Mr. Kendrick if your needs of any legal service that this office provides for specifically for me, it was estate planning. I take great pleasure in writing this review and to be the first want to do so it's amazing, that people are still not taking time to share their experiences with these professionals in our community. Again , Austin did not simply draw up paperwork, he advised, and informed me of how estate planning done right is a real benefit to my heirs. When I find something else to do I promise you, Austin and the Suttles Lawfirm will be the first that I communicate with.
