We had an 83" new TV delivered via freight and Justin was able to accommodate the wide 4 hour window to ensure that they arrived around the same time when the TV was delivered. He and his team got right to work, mounted the TV and an additional sound bar. He started by asking how I want it situated, to which I said you're the pro... I'll just leave it up to you. Fortunately they didn't troll me and place it on the ceiling ... :) Turned out so nice, couldn't ask for a better mounting job with the cables nicely tucked away hidden in the wall. Love it. I had pre-purchased in-wall cord concealment kits and they told me to return those and did their own concealment, which looks better and required a much smaller hole to be cut. They cleaned up all the drywall dust and hooked up all the components to the TVs and made sure they were working. The cords were neatly tied and everything looks super clean and sharp.
