It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. I've never had any problems here before but cleaning this jacket was a little more of a hassle than I expected. SIDE NOTE - The front counter is hollowed out in the front and there's a section filled Dum Dums. I always have to take one....or three.
