I purposely didn't mention the employee name because I didn't want to get anyone fired my intention was that maybe she could have a general meeting with her staff and discuss being more professional. I want to express my deepest apologies to Dr Ponti herself and the rest of the staff who was always nice. I am so upset to lose her as my doctor she truly is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

There is no communication between the Dr and his staff. It's as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They offered me little to no support, when I needed it most. I can go on and on about the poor service but it would take chapters to cover. Needless to say I wasted almost 2 months of potential recovery time because of their lack of support. They never did what they claimed they would, in regard to getting proper referrals, which only caused further delays. Plus much more. I have seeing Dr. Gross for 10-15 years now. I have been to several offices with him as the…read moremedical field has dictated over the years with the merging and assimilation of companies. Although some offices were better than others, Dr. Gross has always remained a caring doctor who takes the time to talk to his patients. I have never felt like I was being rushed out of the office for the next patient in all of the years I have been seeing him. He has a wonderful bedside manner & genuinely cares about his patients. He is a very down to earth man who will answer any questions you ask, & his demeanor makes one feel very comfortable asking him anything. In fact, when I needed info for a loved one, he did not hesitate to point me in the right direction. What prompted me to FINALLY review him was yesterday, when he returned a call I made to his office on Thursday afternoon. His assistant told me he was busy & would likely not get back to me until Friday. Friday came & went & I did not hear from him. On Sat my phone rang, & it was Dr. Gross. I was shocked. Apparently his work week is not just 9-5, Monday thru Friday. I feel extremely lucky to have found him (at the recommendation many years ago by another one my doctors) and hope to have him for a PCP for a very long time.
