Absolutely horrible service. I have never been done such an injustice before, and I was referred to by an associative his, Never spoke to him after the initial conversation, I was never brought in to make an official statement about what occurred during my accident, I found out through an MRI clinic that they were dropping my case, absolutely zero communication they used my intake form and the information I filled out in brief as a statement to my insurance company, when I finally did get him on the phone, he insulted my intelligence, his story completely changed said he took it on as an uphill battle when that was a completely different tone, and then the initial conversation, never even attempted to video. He never even spoke to me about the accident on official record, and what would officially be told to my insurance company, in fact, the case manager, not even paralegal or an attorney was the one speaking to insurance company and she kept talking about a little black box that could tell how long you were stopped in the street and in my history of working on vehicles and family working on vehicles. I've never heard of anything like that, the attorney Manibog felt it necessary to keep reminding me during our phone conversation that he was calling me from Brazil because he was on vacation and it was costing him a lot of money, after arrogantly correcting my math when he told me there was a 99.9% chance I would not get a vide of what happened which was justification for his law firm not even trying, like I was fighting the insurance company, but my attorney as well in my personal opinion, don't use him as an attorney read more

I just wanted to see if they would take a car accident case. I think I deserve a call back. Every morning when I wake up, I go about my day, and I don't think I fully grasp how great it is to be alive. To have another day. To be able to walk. To be able to see. To be able to hear the world. And to be able to eat (after all, I am a Yelper). Last year, my boyfriend and I got into an accident on the freeway. I was fortunate in the sense this was really my first major car accident ever. But because it was my first, I was in such shock. The whole accident was so scary and happened so fast, I did not know what to do. The first thing we did was look at each other, glad to be standing still, and my first thought, was how life worked so well that my boyfriend was driving that day and was able to keep his calm and control the car from hitting the center divider. I cannot say I would have been able to do the same. We started to look into an attorney that night. With a totaled car, urgent care with the payment request on their way, and body aches, we could not handle all the paperwork that was to come ahead with the insurance company. My boyfriend reached out to Darren and within a few hours, he had already replied back to set up a meeting. That was just the beginning of the great care Darren and his team gave us. First of all my experience with this law firm was great. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and easy to talk too and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. His staff were very polite as I dealt with Lorena (paralegal) most of the time. Overall the time it took to resolve my case seemed normal to me (a little less than a year).
