They advised us during the purchase that Leer is not always responsive, but over the years we had purchased two other Leer shells at another dealer with no problems, so we were comfortable with the risk. There seems to be a lack of quality in the installation process. We noted the following: Long lead time for ordering. Missing screw in the cab facing window. Interior light harness not secured. Excess trim left hanging. Adhesive left on window. I can't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't horrible either. Perhaps if you purchase a different brand of products your experience will be different.
