I call them because of my health condition. JR him self initially made a phone call to me. He's offer sounded absolutely like a terrible ripoff. I said no thank you. After that initial phone call. JR him self call me several times to kindly harass me and ask me more then once why would I not sale my house to him. He was pushing me to sale my house to him. After these harassing calls from JR himself several other calls followed from Sell to JR staff harassing me about the same. Why and what was stopping me from selling my house to them.
