I was there today March 24 at 11:15am your 2 millenial females with dark hair glasses and ponytails were sitting at the desk by the computers. They were gossiping about customers. Saying how they don't know the person but they feel like they are.... I went up to your dark hair guy at the desk by the front. He had glasses and a red sweatshirt. He refuses to do anything about it. He says I stand behind my coworkers. All I asked was for the behaviour to be more professional. Another blonde lady with glasses ( she was about my age. I'm 49) she hears the conversation and goes over to the desk and tells the millenial lady working about my complaint. I then hear the millenial lady say well you know she's a....the lady stops her and says, we should avoid saying anything else cause she might come over and yell at us. See this why people don't feel comfortable coming to the downtown library anymore. I've worked in Customer service the last 30 years of my life. I don't understand why employees in a Library get to behave so rudely?? At any of my jobs we would have been fired for it Please teach your staff some professionalism

We read the reviews about the theater and the movie, but I was intrigued by the Daredevil Museum…read more We happened to be walking by the theater and decided to stop in to check it out. The building itself is seriously dated and sort of depressing. We walked in during a time that must have been between shows because the staff was not particularly interested in us walking through the lobby. The Daredevil Museum is located off to the side of the main lobby in what was probably a storage closet previously. I looked around to see if we needed to buy a ticket but nobody was around and the workers at the concession stand hadn't acknowledged our presence. So we just walked into the room. I've always been mildly interested in these crazy, attention-starved folks who floated over the falls in search of fame and fortune. And although I didn't have high expectations for this museum (or closet, let's be honest), it was actually pretty cool. Several of the featured barrels (and barrel users) have multimedia exhibits with lots of interesting details about their exploits. Sadly, no insights into their psychiatric pathology though. Anyway, skip the movie and check out the Daredevil Museum. It's definitely worth your time.

For a nerd like me, this is a yelp 5 star business, but most of the other tourists there quickly lost interest and diverted attention to the cheesy niagara falls trinkets in the gift shop. The average person seemed to spend about 10 minutes looking at the 'exhibit.' On display are several photos and news clippings of people that have gone over the falls, most of whom didn't live. They also have a few of the barrels that were used in successful trips over the falls, and a jet ski and kayak from some guys that didn't make it. A lot of the niagara falls bus tours will stop by this place. Admission is free.

I found so many things I want to have hanging on a wall, on a shelf or just for decorating. This place has it all. The mother and daughter duo who own this shop are so knowledgeable about their plants that I almost bought one. They also host several events here, all of which sound fun. I ended up getting some Buffalo themed gifts for some family and a little wooden buffalo for my desk. This place is awesome and they have me asking myself, do I need to come back and order a custom table? The jury is still out on that one but I will definitely be back for more gifts and maybe some plants soon.
