And when I did reach her, she stated that she was handling everything and we would not loose the house. We continued to get foreclosure notices and our new house was to be foreclosed on in less then 2 weeks. No response from her. I contacted her partner who also said they were handling it with no other info. I finally called our Title Insurance company who halted the foreclosure immediately. The title insurance company had to sue my lawyer to cover the lien. My advice, always have title insurance and don't use Western Wake Law Group.

When I inquired about the length of time it would take, she explained that it would depend on a number of different factors, the biggest one being whether or not the land was tax separately or part of a larger parcel.
