My court date was pushed back the day before my 341 meeting, I don't believe this was due to any error of my attorney. After I expressed my concerns with his performance, he became quite aggressive and generally short and unfriendly! His assistant, Jennifer is worth her weight in gold! Excellent customer service and always polite and friendly. What it all boils down to: he was very affordable and ultimately got the job done. Other attorneys may have better customer service skills but charge much more! Good value! And would probably use him again!

Do not close with these Attorneys after a closing I had with them, I had to pay utilities that the…read moreprior owner incurred b/c Will Anderson and his staff never called to get an updated payoff balance on the utilities and when I spoke to Will to correct his mistake he told me that it was basically my problem even though the City advised us and we had proof his office never called for an updated utility balance which is the obligation of the Title Company especially when it is an Attorney's office, they should know better that's what they get paid for.
