As I was taking my tot out of one chair to move her into a seat with a booster (which was not offered to us- we just happened to spot it), the server came over and said, "We all must sit down in the cafe". We were all AT our table! 2. My friend arrived at 11:30a and got the "Deluxe breakfast" on special for €6. The server advised that since it was 11:40, I had to pay the €9 3. When we got our food, we each gave our tots a snack (avocado) and a piece of brown bread that we packed. The server came over and said that she sells avocado and brown bread and this "affects my profits". My friend and I spent a combined €25! When I left, I advised the server (who was also the owner that in my 2.5 years with my tot, I have never been told I could not bring her baby food. She said "mashed" baby food is ok. My tot has never eaten baby mush! She has eaten avocado from her first bite. So she was ok with bringing food so long as its mush? I advised her that I was in the cafe from 11:40-1:00 and only two tables were full and that Caldwells had all 20 tables full with a queue and suggested she revisit her customer service approach

While on the surface there is little to distinguish this from other newsagents... in fact other ones probably look better, and are more spacious and comfortable, but this shop has one thing which sets it aside. This shop has absolutely the most insane deals every day. As you walk in you are greeted with an entire shelf of stock which is on special offer. These range from the standars (buy 1 get 1 free) to absolutely baffling (buy one tin of peaches get 3 mars bars free. Really it is a little adventure everytime you go in.

This Centra is possibly no different to any other Centra in Dublin in terms of what they stock etc…read more It's the usual selection of newspapers, magazines, slightly over-priced groceries, sandwiches and hot food counter stuff that is rarely appetising. But having said that, I must say that this Centra's staff are really lovely. They are so friendly and helpful and always go out of the way to say hello because they'll remember you've been in before. So even though I'm not a huge fan of the store itself I have to hand it to the staff for a great, friendly and efficient service at all times.
