They provided a quote for the floor damage by itself and a quote if we wanted to do the full renovation at the same time. They were able to get guys out within a day to do the demo and a few days after that to complete the job. Great communication and friendly. The contractors actually cleaned up after themselves too! (Yes, I know they should do that anyway but in the past other contractors I have used did not.) Matt also advised that they provide maintenance and can do "odd" jobs. He had his crew come back and replace some ceiling fans and install some cupboards for me as well. I have their contact info saved in my phone and call first for any of my home reno/maintenance needs!
