Who knew that there were so many issues involved with installing an irrigation system; Multiple permits, a property survey, flagging for underground pipes and complex outdoor plumbing. Victor coordinated all activities and made sure everything was done correctly. The system is installed, controlled by a modern mobile app and works like a charm. It so happened that before Spartan left, We had a plumbing leak caused by a loose connection behind a wall from our upstairs bathroom causing water to drip through the ceiling. Firstly, when it came time for then to install the sprinkle system they cancelled the install because they said the grade from the landscaper wasn't good enough. I had to beg the landscaper to do a second grade on our lot just so that they could install the system. At this point my landscaper (who has 40 years experience by the way) was frustrated because he had completed a good enough grade for them to install. Since he was frustrated and i asked them to install the sprinkler system anyway they tried to get me to give the business including my sod and plants to another landscaping company that they work with after i had already put down a deposit with my original landscaper. SHADY!!! Then after i finally got my landscaper to complete the final grade they scheduled and appointment that they cancelled and failed to show up for another three weeks after the originally scheduled appointment because "they got busy". Finally they install the system and i have a leak around one of the sprinkler head and guess what they cancelled on me twice and have stopped answering my phone calls. They only respond via text.
