Trans-siberian express was the best if you're looking for a creamy chocolatey drink. Waiter spoke flawless English and they had English menus. No AC. They have an outside area in the shade. It's actually a pretty good spot. There might be mosquitoes at night, but they offer repellent.

Pretty good system - There's an entrance fee. You then receive a card which you must present to any server to order food and drinks. That tracks your tab which allows you to walk around freely after you eat. Multiple bars. To settle your tab, you pay upfront as they have several cashiers to cash you out. We both got caipirinhas as well, and they were so strong that neither of us could stand them and had to send them back. I appreciate the waiter being generous about the drink and bringing me another one instead, but I could barely finish a third of the second drink he brought. I do wish I got another entree at Leviano. I bet the other options they have are great. Overall, it's a solid restaurant in the heart of Lapa, so you can't go wrong with it.

There's tons of outdoor seating (perfect for smokers), and the night I went, there was an awesome live band (Brazilian rock/hip hop). There's also two other floors to this place. The second floor is just bathrooms and the in-house DJ. And the third is an air-conditioned dance floor. When we were there, we had a Jamaican waiter who spoke English. He was really cool, and service was relatively quick, given how many people were there.
