Called Manpower Lithia Springs to obtain a position at Johnson Controls in Lithia Springs. I was told there was a block put on my profile due to "Falsified Employment Dcouments" and they cannot help me with a job!? Ok. So I decide to go in and see if I can get some face to face help on this mistake. I have not worked many jobs here in GA, I have and KNOW all correct information on these previous jobs which is also on my W2s in my possession, so I know the was a mistake on THEIR end... There at Manpower, I met and was assisted by Kimberly Baez who says she took the matter to Corporate because she finds the hold put on my profile, but no explanation as to WHY. She does not have the right to remove the hold on my profile, unfortunately. She tells me to wait a few days until Corporate gives her a word back. I return yesterday, Aug 10 2019 a month later after no word and she remembers me, why I a there, remembers that I have a family with kids and all, nice woman. She also remembers the company I was struggling to obtain a position in, Johnson Controls. She informs me that she's been checking emails etc and there was no word at all from corporate, hands me a card with two numbers to reach corporate and see if I can solve the matter on my own. She also informs me of another company hiring called Kehe and has to spell it out for me twice so that it can stick for me, which I'm greatful for. She also asks, " Well have you gone to HR over at Johnson Controls?" I let her know I've already gone but am also going back after leaving Manpower because my father in law, who is my reference and has been working there for years now, also asked me to do the same. She asks me because she says, " Yeah, I remember you said you had a family and kids so if you were in here a month ago and STILL not working, that's not good at all." So I was happy she remembered me personally and I felt she cared for my best interests. "Well do you know Tynesha?" She asks me. I let her know I have no idea who that is and she tells me I should ask for Tynesha. BOOM!!!!! So I'm getting somewhere, I'm closer now to obtaining this position at the job I've been wanting! Of course I thank her very much and head out. Pulling out of my parking spot I realise my mistake and pull back in to write down, " Tynesha, sent by Kimberly Baez" so as to not forget whom I'm looking for and who sent me. There at Johnson Controls I have the woman at the desk page for Tynesha and I'm nervous like any interview, but also excited thinking maybe we can get around this Manpower problem and I can finally get hired at the this great place even though this isn't a scheduled interview. Tynesha comes on out only to ask me who sent me, nothing more. Upon answering Kimberly Baez from Manpower, she excuses herself and walks away into the locked building. After several minutes, returns to tell me that she just called Manpower and that nobody there had seen me, nobody there, knows me, nobody spoke with me or a Richard. Now keep in mind there are CAMERAS AND A SIGN IN SHEET at Manpower and the gentleman before me was ALSO named RICHARD, I signed in just beneath him, obviously I noticed his name. So to say, she never spoke with a Richard when she spoke with TWO within 40 minutes, SHE DOES NOT POSSESS THE NECESSARY SKILSS TO BE SITTING IN HER POSITION AS A RECRUITER ANYWHERE. I began to get PRESSED by Miss Tynesha about nobody knowing her name at Manpower, that I was never there. She makes a call I believe to Manpower in front of me, because I tell her, "Um, I'm confused, I just came from Manpower. Right here just down the road. I literally just left and Kimberly, Kimberly Baez gave me your name. I wrote it down on a paper and everything so I wouldnt forget." Nobody answers the call. I'm here to speak with someone about about a potention position that they are hiring for and about my reference and instead I have this woman and the Mapower manager pressing me for another story, CALLING ME A LIAR because the Manpower recruiter Kimberly Baez is stating "she does not know me, I was never there! When they DID get her on the phone she stated I was not there, nor did I speak with her. I told them I have her card here in my wallet, I also have the card with Manpowers corporate number she gave me, as well as the paper with Tynesha and Kimberly's name written on it in my car because I didnt want to forget who I came to speak with. Upon saying I have these cards leading back to her, she changes her story and says, "Well here's what I told him," and proceeded to repeat all things that I stated about her "help" but when it came to giving me a Tyneshas name, she claims she gave NO NAME! So her I am for a job. Confused. Embarassed. Scared. My father in law and reference sitting in front of me confused. Tynesha and the Manpower manager here state that it's a safety issue to mention someone else's name and send someone directly to the jobsite. Thier recruiter Kimberly Baez needs to fired! read more
