yes my review is in all caps because I want to let the people know that Randstad is not a good company. no one calls nor emails you in regard to jobs. I have called and get the run around from the same woman, I remember her voice from the other 3 times I have called. she has the same verbiage as the other 2 times I have called. I have sent emails regarding my application and absolutely no response from anyone, not even to say we are still working on it..........if you need a job to pay bills and feed you or family, please please don't rely on Randstad to help with that. they are horrible and deserves to be shut doooooowwwwnnnnn for good!!!! read more

I have never experience an unorganized and unprofessional staffing company like this! Don't even waste your time with this branch Ashley Ward, Tammy little as well as misha Beatty extremely unprofessional! I applied for a position with Ashley Ward did my onboarding she contacted me weeks later after saying the position was filled. I continue to reached out to here on several occasions in regards to the positions never heard anything back! Tammy little reached out to her on a position she never reached out AT ALL! No courtesy call saying anything what so ever as far as the position been filled etc! Misha Beatty applied for a position with her, her & I emailed each other back & forth in regards to the position have still yet to have a interview! These people are very unprofessional is so sad! No to mention I went the Randstaff that's located in the krogers plaza bad all of the colleague had the same thing to say about Ashley & Tammy there rude & very unprofessional! read more

Don't even waste your time with this branch. The people there are unorganized and unprofessional. No one answers the phone and expect to get stood up the day of your interview. They publicly display jobs that aren't even available. Most of the job descriptions are misleading, including the shift hours. At this point, you're better off finding something you love doing, because I'm not a slave to the system at the end of the day. read more

NASTY, RACIST & RUDE RECRUITERS AND COMPANY AS A WHOLE. I will never work through Randstad again. This agency is too large and too arrogant and too obnoxious that it honestly thinks it can abuse employees and treat the blacks as if we are less than worthy of respect. Not only will I never work through them, if I ever have a business or obtain a position where I have some say in the staffing services my company uses - RANDSTAD WILL NEVER BE USED. I applied for work through indeed for a randstad position that was posted. A week later someone from an out of state phone number claiming to be with randstad said they had a position for me and they wanted me to call them. I called and immediately a woman with a heavy accent picked up and demanded my social security number and birthdate and address to pull me up in their system. I've been the victim of identity theft many times and i know better than blurting all of that info out to a stranger over the phone who claims to be with any particular company. I advised this agent that I didn't know who she was and that I would need to contact the local office to see If they knew her. I contacted the local randstad office and the recruiter said she had never heard of the woman and that they had no such positions in their office and she basically said not to give my information to this woman who was rude and shouting at me demanding my information. So I called this supposed recruiter back 'who was VERY RUDE' and told her I wasn't comfortable giving my information and that the local recruiters did not know her and I explained that I has been the victim of identity theft before. She was literally demanding my full social security number, date of birth, address, etc. She continued to demand my information. I ended the call. Months later I contacted randstat while in Atlanta (a new city for me) looking for work. I called The lithia springs office and spoke to Josh. He pulled me up and simply said "one of our recruiters has had a negative experience with you". He then refused to tell me anything about jobs essentially implying he would not offer me anything. He also refused to tell me about the 'negative experience'. He too was rude. I called the Texas office as I had just moved from texas and they said they could not tell me what was written even though they could see it. At this time I did not know where this negative experience could have come from. So I called back to the lithia springs office and this time spoke with the office manager, a woman, who read verbatim what was said. Apparently the woman no one knew was a recruiter for randstad who was out of state was in fact a randstad recruiter. How was I suppose to know when no one at the local office knew her? And she was recruiting for their office? She had put a long note in the system saying she was so insulted that I refused to give my information and she was insulted that I thought she was a fraud. THE PEOPLE AT THE ACTUAL RANDSTAD OFFICE DID NOT KNOW HER AND SAID NO POSITIONS SHE MENTIONED EXISTED! Because of her statement, regardless of the reasoning behind it, Randstad's agents and recruiters refused to even listen to what happened taking the side of a r2ceuiter they do not know, have probably never met, and I know that if I was white and concerned over identity theft the woman would have done more to relieve my concerns instead of being belligerent and demanding my information as if she had some type of right to it. Randstad's recruiters are obnoxious and ugly. They think we are all desperate boo boo the fools to expect us to blurt out our entire social security numbers and dates of birth to complete strangers who call from out of state numbers with thick foreign accents over the phone. The white people who run randstad would never do that. But they expect the blacks who look for work through them to. Randstad I told your recruiter to cancel all of my paperwork. You tried to treat me like a Nigg@@ and no sir that doesnt fly. I don't need to work for idiots. read more

DISGUSTING. The guy in the first chair is super RUDE. Not sure what these people are used to but they are definitely the most unprofessional people ever! They are supposed to help you find a job. A colleague of mine was job searching. I accompanied her as we had plans afterwards. We walked in & the man in the first chair asked her "what did she need". She told him she just needed some employment right away and that she submitted her resume through the website. He proceeded to tell her she waisted her time & that it was a dummy move to stop by the location. He gave her a piece of paper with their website link on it & told her to keep applying. I know how temp agencies work & yes they do have websites but you should still be able to go in the location and find a job. What is the location even for if they just give you a paper for their website? So unprofessional and rude. People obviously come there for help and guidance & he's just in there giving people the run around. I recommend Certa-Staff or United Talent. She went there and although they did not get her a job the same day, they were friendly & guaranteed her a job by the following Monday. Randstad, you should be ashamed of your Lithia Springs location. read more
