wow i totally dis agree with that last rating from Jennifer B. but like in any business you will never make every one happy and don't always believe what you read their are many people who are just mean because they don't get there way. I left my Dr that i was seeing for over ten years because they stop doing CDL testing, I saw the add for Mansfield family practice wile i waited to register my truck at the DMV :( so i called made an appointment, CDL testing went perfect very professional. so i decided it was time to change Dr and i am not one for change. Made a appointment to meet with Dr Hughes, I showed up on time, singed in, waiting about five minuet and was already called in by a very nice nurse. did the weight/blood pressure stuff then she left and said the Dr. will be right with you, and she was wright about two minuets later Dr Hughes walks in. so i asked her a lot of question of her practice and what not I will not be going in to that. what i will say is i am a life time patient of her because of her and her staff. Mansfield Family Practice has been providing care for 3 generations of my family and have been both supportive and compassionate in challenging situations as well as the more routine visits. Over the decades, I have witnessed my Dad being quickly and efficiently tended to by Dr Madraswalla after an unexpected emergency at a public event that Dr Madraswalla was also attending. I have had Dr. Dardick explain things in laymen terms and understandable detail and set courses of action that I am grateful for. From receiving follow up calls at home to check on progress to being scheduled on short notice on many occasions, my experience has been stellar. The team here is also very invested in our community, which is important to me and my family. Excellent experience. Dr. Madraswalla is the best family doctor I've ever had and I'm an old woman so that's a lot. He is courteous, cheerful, competent and very caring. No matter what I've hit him with in the four years that he has been my family physician, he has excelled. Even when we disagree (No flu shot for me, thank you.) he is pleasant--no guilt trips or lectures, just a reminder or show of concern when I ignore things I shouldn't. That said, the office staff is also very nice, and competent. I've never had a long wait as described here by others. There are a couple of rude associate doctors who (rarely) see me when Madraswalla is not there (and I can't wait) whom I DO NOT like, but I can snarl back and live with an occasional irritation to keep Dr. M. as my family physician. read more

My family transferred from a Pediatric practice to MFP to better suit the needs our family. We've had a great experience since our transfer 1.5 years ago. Dr. Hughes is very thorough and patient. She also administers all injections which provides consistency for my children during what can be a frightening experience. I was able to schedule a meet and greet with her prior to the transfer to discuss my family's needs and to get a feel prior to finalizing the transfer. We've also seen Dr. Dardick for a sick child visit who was also very thorough and patient. We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and scheduling an appointment has never been an issue. It is unfortunate there aren't more positive reviews about this practice. read more

After using other doctors it is refreshing to find a medical office that puts the patient first, is cheerful, professional and most importantly on time. Visiting the doctor does not have to raise your anxieties due to poor scheduling and impersonal treatment by staff. Mansfield Family Practice should be a model training center for other medical offices. Dr. Winakor delivers medical treatment the way you want, tailored to your style and wishes. In my case that means straight talk, professional, and respectful of my time. Dr. Winakor is easily the best primary care physician I have dealt with. Rarely do I ever give a five (5) star review but in this case anything lower would be a misrepresentation on my part. read more

Right after my first appointment I began recommending Dr. Hughes to my friends. The office is incredibly efficient and friendly. I am very impressed with every aspect of their practice. There is never a wait, there are always available appointments and everyone has an answer for any questions you might have. I had an insurance issue while I was at the pharmacy and the pharmacist lamented that it typically took most Dr's a few days to sort things out, but i got a call within about 6 hours that everything was resolved... everyone in the practice really goes above and beyond. read more

Dr. Mardraswalla has been our family physician for years. He is a superb family physician, with extensive up to date medical knowledge. He is understanding and compassionate- just what anyone hopes for in a physician. That said, the office is a thriving practice, and can feel too busy at times. There are small fees associated with things like having school medical forms completed at times other than the yearly physical. I continue to go there despite these annoyances because of the level of care my family has received. read more

Two generations of our family have been (and are) patients at Mansfield Family Practice...We were always "squeezed in" for emergency appointments, have been treated with respect by the reception staff and the Doctors- never felt apprehensive about not getting in with "our" Doctor and being taken care of by the on-call/covering Doctor-ALL the Doctor's are excellent there, and the PA's as well. Dr. Hughes was amazing, this was my first visit as the patient, she started seeing my daughters a few months back and she takes her time to get to know you and she truly cares. You do not get the feeling that you are wasting her time, and she really takes the time to get to know you as a person, not a number. My girls both love her and that is really saying something.
