No matter how long the email or how ridiculous the question or request, it was met with a quick response and above and beyond accommodation. We were excited to read reviews about how delicious their food was, and at our tasting our expectations were blown out of the water. The unique and delicious seasonal options had my wedding guests raving all weekend. On the day of our wedding our breath was taken away by the performance of the Seedling and Sage team. Our captain, Jamie, made sure the night went off without a hitch. My wedding guests (many of whom work or have worked in hospitality) kept bringing up how spectacular, friendly and efficient the event staff was. We were not asked beforehand if this was ok, they just stole (yes I used the word stole because taking something that is not yours is stealing) everything I listed. We spent a good amount of money on the flowers and they were just all gone, it was heartbreaking. I was eventually able to get my bouquet back two days later, our venue manager was super responsive and helped us coordinate getting it back, seedling and sage was not. We still have not gotten any answers on what went wrong...

She and her staff showed up at the location (Or Hadash, our synagogue) the day before the event to set up the tables, table cloths and napkins. We had given them the centerpieces we wanted and they enhanced them with colorful napkin linens. We showed up the next day an hour before guests were supposed to arrive and Annemarie and her staff were already hard at work getting place settings and the food ready. The food had a great presentation, with signs identifying what was what. We had decided not to order cheesecake but my wife had mentioned that was one of her favorites. Annemarie threw in small cheesecakes without charging us for it. We received many compliments from our guests. They did the setup and cleanup and even took the leftover food to our car and loaded it for us. We recommend Annemarie's without hesitation.
