I opened the machine up on August 29th, 2023 for the first time only to notice it has a broken piece in the machine. Today, I decided to return it to the ABC Market at New Hope Church Rd. where I had purchased the machine only to get it swapped out. I was met with no you can't return it, it's to late. It is only 9 days, I was never told by the man that sold it to me there was a 10 day return policy nor is there a sign in the store stating such. I only wanted it exchanged but I was met with rudely when a woman told me she talked to someone and they said it was to late. This item cost $36.99 and I never asked for my money back only an exchange of a broken produce they sold.
