I tried again daily for two weeks. Still no response. Finally, I told him I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from him by the next day. He sent me an email back and said my order would be shipped "next week." I called and emailed him again, asking for a delivery date. Still no response. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received my order, so I sent him an email to cancel the order and contacted my credit card company, as well. I learned something from this experience. When placing an order online for a large amount of money, it is a good idea to look for reviews of the company. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would have seen another customer's review that had the same problem in June. This company seems to take your money and doesn't ship the product. However, if you are saying you have been in business for over 20 years then you should have the knowledge and experience to back that up! They failed to lay a weed control tarp under the river rock and now we have overgrowth of weeds in our rock and we SPECIFICALLY told them we did not want to have to deal with any maintenance. They are honest and reputable people. I give them another five stars. Paul and Shawn replaced an old exterior garage light and did an excellent job. He checked to make sure the new fixture worked. When we called to complain that Jason never showed up to install weatherstripping on one of the homes he went ballistic he cares very much about his ratings. Really? He has $250 from the HOA, $130 in cash from me, and hear my ... I would hire these guys never! The only way these people have a five star rating anywhere is if they somehow managed to get ratings wiped.
