From electrical issues, to a massive rodent and roach Infestation, now mold on top of that, this property is a death trap. I've spoken to Maintenance and NOTHING has been done to resolve the situation. Now I'm forced to break the lease and the landlord refuses to even try to negotiate. This place is uninhabitable. Upper management is unhelpful and uncaring. The one exception is Samantha from the leasing office. She was kind, sympathetic, and tried to help me and my wife. I moved here right after COVID restrictions were slightly lifted in 2021. I was a little disappointed because what was advertised in Apt.com, the apartment did not look the same. Maple Gardens was the only place that reached out to me. The good thing was my first month rent was free. It is expensive to live here; however, I took into consideration when my daughter was working nights, I felt more at ease living here. The staff is very nice. Rent does go up, with the only improvements was done was the laundry room. Yes, we do have a mice and roach issue, however, your neighbors play a BIG role in that. The maintenance staff works 7 days a week and can't control what our neighbors do. Most of the security personnel are nice, BUT there's always that one bad apple. All in all, good location, schools are at your feet, and transportation here, no one should not have a problem about getting around. And I believe honestly that's why the rent is high. Where do I start with this place. Me and my wife got our son his 1st apartment at this place because we assumed it was decent and plus I lived across the street from the then Marshall Apartments. They put up a gate and hired security and made it Maple Gardens. Not going to bore everyone but my son passed away in his apattment in the middle of the month and we advised the management at the the next dat of his passing that he had passed away and we would clean out his apartment after thrle funeral and be out by the emd of the month and would turn in the keys and card key. After the funeral on 1 week before the end of the month we came to clean out the apartment as we stated and turned in everything. A week later we received a letter in the mail that they were keeping the security deposit for damage to the floor anf counter top along with we didnt give them 40 days notice. First off let me say I didnt know people schedule with management when they going to pass away. So we contacted them and their lawyer Robert Dashow stated again that they were keeping the deposit because again he didn't give notice to his own passing which is obsurd and the management have no sympathy or empathy towards the family. Let's also be very clear that it's not about the money but the principle of it all and the hard line that they were taking. So we hired a lawyer just to see what our options were and our lawyer stated to their lawyer Robert Dashow that we were willing to pay for any damages and return the balance. He wouldn't answer any of our lawyers calls or emails until the 40 days passed and responded that management wouldn't be returning any money. Me personally I would not recommend anyone moving into this place because it's not what everyone would expect. It smells like the projects, they have a rack in the lobby for UPS, FedEx and Amazon to leave their packages. No security for anyone packages. Anyone in the building could come in and take anyone's package and noone would know. To back up my claims of the apartment being cleaned and only had to change a few tiles on the floor because they are parkay floors not laminate. I went to view these apartments about two weeks ago based on their Luxury apartments being advertised on apartments dot com. See link below: https://www.apartments.com/maple-gardens-irvington-nj/spzkc56/ You get in and they have you fill out a card with your details and give you a folder with requirements (credit score, pay stub, ssn card, etc.) It was about a group of 10 of us who went to view the apartments. Dymina (person who showed us the apts) was very rude and found it a chore to answer basic questions such as: 1. Why aren't any of these apartments luxury as pictured on the website and proudly advertised on the big flat screen in the waiting room of their offices? Answer: They will be available March 1st (they apparently couldn't show us the model apartments either). 2. Why weren't they transparent instead of luring people out to view apartments that aren't as advertised? 3. Why they require so much personal info/identification especially for what they offer? After viewing all options (studio, 1br, 2br) we were heading towards the elevator when she muttered something in Spanish not knowing that I speak it. She pretty much said "If you don't like it, why don't you just leave." It speaks a lot about how they treat people especially after they have your money (deposit) in their hands. I haven't lived there in a year or so but somehow Andrew from the management team now replying to my review, what does that say about them?? I'm glad that they now doing something about the mice and roaches infestation but that's not the only problem at maple gardens, from what I recalled the people at the office are rude (except the Hispanic man that worked there for years, forgot his name) No one in that office likes their job and you feel it by the way they ignored you even the simplest question turned into a sarcastic answer making you feel like you're bothering them The security guard are even worst. I enjoyed the place in my brief stay in 2013, it all depends with your reasons of moving and your social life, but with their affordable rent, luxury and central access to all social amenities; this has been the coolest place I ever lived in America. I moved here with my wife at that time, I was studying at Essex College, unfortunately my marriage was falling apart, we wanted to use my wife to sign up because of her good pay stubs because she worked at an International organization in NYC, it turned out, my wife's credit was wacky, but still her pay stubs were impressive, still the rental policy was based much on the credit score (they need to fix that), that's when, the unexpected happened, the guy at the office asked if I was willing for him to check my credit, my credit turned out to be 729! I was talked into co-signing, our marriage was on the rocks, (I wish I had refused then, my credit score could be intact), we left to Africa; while in Africa, I tried to pay the rent online from Kenya, tried to call, I think Amanda, I was told to send a check, with the distance and the failing marriage, it was NOT possible, we over-stayed 3 months, by the time we came back from Kenya, i called and was told our case with the company attorney, their attorney had filed eviction, I asked them for days, they, were sympathetic, went against company policy and gave me extra days to vacate; this is how I lost my superb 729 Credit; still I don't blame the management, it was their policy anyway, every company has policies to be followed. Therefore, when i say, it was the coolest place of all places I have been, is because; I used to be a truck driver in 2011 and 2012 driving all over US, I have been out there, seen places and lived in places. Unlike other peoples' reviews, my short stint was fascinating right from day one, I had just moved into this place from Lyndhurst NJ, a suburb, to Irvington, which is a little bit low cost area, though I was divorcing, I enjoyed the place, in and out, Irvington is a great place to be, remember, Irvington is increasingly becoming an immigrant city of immigrants from Africa, Haitians, Jamaicans and South Americans, so things are changing, not as it used to be. If you are a fan of good African food, there are many restaurants out there, at mama Esther Ghanian food on 21st Street; a lot of good stuff out there; buses to New York right down the block, Newark city is right just 4 minutes drive, where Essex County College, Rutgers, NJIT, Seton Hall are all located (Seton Hall is in South Orange, just 5 minutes drive), then Newark International Airport; come on now. The rental price is so affordable, I am temporarily in Annandale Virginia; although my Credit is still wacky because of that eviction, which is the only eviction on my record, I swear I want to go back there. I lived here for a yearlong stretch in the early 2000s. I chose it because it was budget-friendly and within easy reach of transportation to NY. You do, indeed, get what you pay for. Condition - There were roaches (not an infestation, at least not in my apartment) and the walls were paper thin. At the time, the gym was minimal but still sufficient for me, and the grocery never seemed to be open. The shuttle bus ran well enough for me to get back and forth to Newark Penn St. I never had problems with any of the kitchen equipment, utilities, or cable. Cost - It was $525 for a studio back then. My initial rent payment and security deposit ended up being stolen by the woman in the rental office (keep your half of the money order ticket). She skipped out and I was asked to pay again. Don't know if any action was taken to get that money back. Luckily, I had the means to pay again, but not the time to pursue it legally. And who knows if others were able to pay. Security - I felt safe during my time there. The security team didn't hassle me. My car did get sideswiped in the parking lot while it was parked and no one really helped, so that was another cost that I had to suck up to get the taillight replaced. Entertainment - You're in Irvington, so you might be able to walk around the corner to grab some food, but there's not much else to do (I was born and raised in Jersey so I know the area). You'll be close to major highways so you can easily drive to other places to eat or hang out. Parking - I had one car and it was easy for me to get in and out. I never invited people over because I always heard of hassles with visitors. So, all in all, it was sufficient enough for my needs at that time. I'm still in the Processing Phase so far as it relates to renting a Studio Apartment from Maple Gardens. From the second I stepped foot into Maple Gardens I knew right away, without filling out anything or seeing the Studio outright, that I could see myself living there for years to come. From the Security to the Grounds itself, everything is as pictured. I was able to tour the Studio (Deluxe) and was even more fascinated by how clean and spacious it actually was. In my opinion, all the 1 star reviews are clearly from disgruntled tenants who are either not following the rules or people who are expecting services and experiences that go beyond anything humanly possible. Everyone is nice from the Staff (who stay in constant contact with me, not once did I have to reach out for anything) to even some of the people (future neighbors, hopefully) on the Grounds that I got to speak with. I can absolutely see myself living here as this would be my very first apartment! The rental process has been easy and self explanatory, also seems fairly quick which is appreciated. Tried getting apartment here and I am mainly writing this so people can beware of money scam. Do not spend any money on that application. do not put anyone down for a roommate just yet. They will charge you a $75 fee and decline you just as fast. Please ask questions and if there is even a slight hint of them saying possibility or guarantee with a roommate..leave and go some where else. At first before the application/money the front desk was actually very polite the minute I told them what was the next step after being declined when I was told based on my income alone and roommates taxes we would be fine. what a bold faced lie! Whats interesting our application said we were declined due to taxes but the receptionist said credit score and didn't mention taxes at all. So what is the truth? I will be taking this to my bank and doing a charge back with the bank and explaining the whole story. also shouldn't be hard getting to this lack luster apartment..the area isn't great at all... Recently visited this facility to see things for myself because lately I've decided to move from my current place. The website speaks very highly of this "gated" community but outside the gates you see the reality! I arrived by car thank god because the surrounding area is not nice at all. Poverty doesn't look this bad in NYC - anywhere! I'm no stranger to the ghetto but what I saw of the immediate neighborhood outside their gated community reminded me of the NYC slums during the 80-90s crack era. In broad daylight I saw obvious drug addicts begging or trying to sell stolen goods as soon as you exit the highway. Once you arrive at maple gardens it's easy to spot because it very well kept compared to what you see outside. I drove up to the security window and was greeted with a blank stare - no greeting or even a hello! I informed the security guard that I wanted to go to the rental office to see their rentals and was handed a paper pass but given no direction. So I asked "do I just go straight to the back area? I've never been here before." The security guard just nods his head and gives me a dumb look -so I drive towards the back slowly and eventually see a rental office sign of to the side. I try to park and see spaces marked rental but there are none available. So I just park close by. As soon as I enter the rental office I overhear a very pissed off tenant. I have to wait awhile until I can ask about the parking but of course I am listening to the commotion. I eventually get the story directly from the disgruntled tenant first hand. Their is a process to follow when visitors plan to stay and park on the premises. The tenant explained she followed the rules but is now being told the visitor will be required to pay for parking while there but she says she was never informed that payment was expected. Obviously communication is not at its best. Once the pissed off tenant leaves-still pissed off...I ask about the parking issue and was instructed to put my pass in the window and my car would be ok. Once I'm given their packet of information I read all their rules about visitor parking and I do see that there are fees. I was able to tour several apartments and I must say every apt I saw was beautiful but in various stages of renovation. The grounds were immaculate as well as the buildings and the rent prices are excellent. Because I have no children I am considering moving here simply because the rent is so cheap it will allow me to save more. The surroundings outside the gates are a definite drawback. read more

This place is in Irvington NJ, it isnt really the safest neighborhood however you are in a gated community with a lot of security. Sometimes the security is so good that I cannot even get into my apartment complex because my bar code doesnt work to open the gate. They have a deli downstairs in building 20 which is really good! Get the spicy chicken sandwich which is really good! If you want to get a haircut call "J.K" 973-767-9381, he will give you a fresh cut that you will always remember. He is a 5 star barber! He will take care of you just tell him I sent you to him. Super cool guy that really cares about you. As for living there it is really up to your neighbors if they are noisy or not. I had a floor where I had neighbors who always argued every night so that was a bit irritating. And on my same floor I had kids out in the hall kicking a ball so that was at times irritating. I lived in Building 18 on the 4th floor. The laundry room was a bit expensive but the good part is that it was right downstairs so you didnt have to go down the street where its not to safe. I actually loved Maple Gardens! I lived there seven years, but didn't move for anything negative other than wanting to be an owner instead. The security was high class, the parking lot was great and the facilities were all wonderful. The only bad thing I could say is that it's not in a good neighborhood, but when you are within the gates, you will not notice the outside area. Everything is at your fingertips: grocery store, laundry, gym, basketball courts and even the bus stop. Maple Gardens at the time also had its private bus company and storage space. Also, they have an online, auto or manual debit pay-your-rent website (really cool). If I ever go back to renting in NJ, this will be my first choice. read more

I applied to Maple and I work at the airport as a government official and the property is really nice. It's a shame that you guys denied me based on my credit. I paid $50 to apply and no one even emailed or called me to tell me I was denied I had to go out of my way to call myself.Very unprofessional, it's a shame that you guys look strictly on numbers I make more than enough a year to afford the rent and although my credit history sucks me being a government official they check my credit and background check me, and I was still qualified for my appointment. That honestly automatically should not disqualify me because unlike credit cards if my rent isn't paid I would be homeless so obviously my first priority would be my rent. It a shame because I saw the apartment and the property and would be a responsible tenant and you guys missed out because when I was living in Boston I paid my landlord on time 100%. am having a very bad experience right now for the past 2 month I relocated from building 14 to building 10. The heat is not working and I have made the report online and in-person for more than 10 times and nothing was done. Every time I called nobody answers me and by the time they will come in the morning the temperature will rise because they always tell you the heat will not come up once the temperature outside is above 50. Right now am sick and now I just called the security and he said because am the only one complaining of that the Super can not come unless the emergency is critical. Umm yeah luxury in Irvington NJ, I think not unless you consider roaches, trash thrown in the hallways, foul smells coming from each of the floors (I lived in two completely different buildings) elevators that don't work more often than they do, security officers who take the wrong things too seriously and do not have the proper communication to make you feel secure or as if they know what they are doing and a rental office that smiles and treats you as a priority until you sign your lease and then you're just another $ sign...luxury than be my guest! Upon moving in my roommate and myself had experienced roach issues in which we are not used to dealing with at all and it took several months for our own home remedies combined with the assistance of extermination to deal with. Next some of our windows did not open as well as paint chipping in damn near every room of the two bedroom deluxe apartment we occupy. Not to mention we would come home some days to cold water and we are both athletes and workout daily in which we would like to enjoy a nice hot shower but to our surprise we would have to opt out of showering or take a cold one. Winter time 2013-2014 in which if you lived in NJ/NY was extremely brutal, the heat in our bedrooms barely worked forcing us to get space heaters and false answers as to when the problem would be fixed. Several times when it snowed badly in which we are "responsible" for shoveling our own spots we had to deal with the parking lot looking worse than the streets. Imagine coming home to all of these issues and then when you make a call to complain being given the run around but if you're a day late on your rent receiving a pink slip. TOTAL BULLSHIT! Lived here and it actually wasn't too bad. They have a mini grocery store and cleaners inside the community. It was very convenient, especially if you didn't want to go through the hassle of the supermarket across the street. The apartments were nicely sized and you the fixed any issues immediately. On site laundry made a big difference in the winter. Parking is expensive and visitors have to pay by the hour which is cool. Expect your friends to hate you or never visit. Street parking is nearly impossible and if you park in the parking lot across the street, you will get towed. There was a maintenance worker who creeped me out. He'd always suddenly pop up and I saw him watching me from behind a wall in the laundry room while washing clothes. He was my overall reason for moving. I'm a native New Yorker and the surroundings outside of Maple Gardens does not mirror NY circa 19 80s or 1990s. Irvington is actually a very commercial neighborhood. When living in Maple Gardens, I felt completely safe walking across the street to the Supermarket or laundromat (didn't use the ones in the building because they were not maintained and mold could be seen growing inside the detergent compartments). The rent is quite reasonable, however the infestation of cock roaches was absolutely intolerable. I seriously doubt the exterminator used anything other than water when he served the buildings once every quarter, if that often. All visitors who stayed longer than 30mins have to pay. As a tenant they threatened to have my rental car towed because I "wasn't allowed to have a vehicle without a Maple Gardens sticker in my spot." I told the security officer that I will park a horse & buggy in my spot as long as I'm paying for it & if the car is towed, I will sue him & management. It was a holiday week - end and I was unable to get a temporary sticker from the rental. Prices for tenant parking varies. I felt safe here & during the summer I enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. *During Hurricane Sandy, Maple Gardens was the only complex with electricity. read more

Cons-Bugs/rodents, Hard to contact Maintenance Dept, surrounding neighborhood in Irvington is less than to be desired, not an area to raise a family., older units not maintained well, noisy neighbors, thin walls :( Honestly Overall- Maple Gardens is fair at best. I've been here 2.5 years but will not be renewing when lease is up. Cheap living allowed us to pay down debt! :) and save money towards buying a home. To begin with, these are NOT luxury apartments. They are old project apartments renovated badly. The rodent infestation is bad, and the exterminators they use are inadequately prepared, and only come once a month. The staff at the rental office are totally incompetent and rude, with the exception of Shamiyah and the Spanish girl (sorry if I misspelled and idk the Spanish girl's name). Those two are great. When I applied for the apartment, it took at least a week longer than the 2-3 days I was promised, and when I was approved, I did not get a call. I had to see it online, then call to confirm. Then, when I went to sign the lease, they had lost my paperwork and I had to do it all over again. When it snows, the maintenance crew does nothing for the many people snowed in as instructed by management. They only clear out the sidewalks, but they do not help with plowing out the many parking spots that tenants pay for monthly. Again, this is not their laziness, it's what management tells them to do. The security staff is great, most of them are very polite and helpful. Another issue, they have parking onsite if you have guests, only beware they will have to pay $14 if they stay more than 3 hours. The kitchens are so small, you cannot fit a microwave, a foreman grill, a dish rack, and a toaster on the counter. Other than that, I will compliment the two people I mentioned earlier in the review, along with the security and maintenance staff, especially Mohamed. He's great and very prompt. She puts you on hold like as if you are her best friend. "Hold on" and then comes back like she is at home "yea hello"... I was a former resident (2 bedroom in the Bldg with store). The apartment was VERY small; stand at your front door and you will see the entire apartment. They charge you for inside parking and outside parking is first come-fist served (and don't go out at night) you will have to park FAR. The apartment had dead roaches in which, I had to de-roach the entire apartment (My wife cried like a baby, about an hour after we moved in). The laundry room had broken machines. After 9 months of paying High Rent for this apartment, I broke my lease and found a better situation. My advice to you FIND ANOTHER apartment. And as far as a "Gated Community" LOL Don't focus and get sold on this!!!!! For this area "A Gate is needed". Read the paper, view the stats "This area is high in crime". Wish I seen this before we moved it. BEWARE of the surrounding community! I seen the biggest arrest of my life from my bedroom window. Went on a drive down the block with kids and witness a stolen car do donuts in the middle of road during the day; with no care in the world. My kids were so frighten, they still talk about it and I think my heart stopped for a few seconds. Security was very friendly, but the overall was not worth it. Yes, it's near the highway. But you can find apartments in other areas off the highway or park and take NJ Transit via train/bus into the city for work or fun. Living here did have one positive thing for Us "We seen our overall potential in life, prayed on it and moved out the state" Never been happier! I would give -5 star if I could. Huge cockroach problem, add some renting department employees' rudeness. You ask for extermination, and they actually do extermination 20 days later, but roaches still present in your apartment. Then I complained about ineffective extermination, and the low life rent office employee's response was: "killing 4 or 5 roaches per day is not a roach activity. Cockroach activity is when you have a whole bunch of roaches in your apartment". It seems these employees have no problem with roaches, or maybe they consume roaches as free meal. At the end, place is dirty and unhealthy, employees are unprofessional and rude. read more

I went to go on a walk thru to view the apartments. Everything seemed nice. The outside around the complex is horrible. I live in new york city so im definitely not trying to live in the hood anymore. I opened their packet and i saw that visitors would have to pay for parking. That turned me away first. How can you charge people for visiting someone. I asked the lady after the tour was done so whats the next process. She told us all to fill out the application and they first go off of credit. It must be 610 and higher. No problem im in the 700s club. I recieved the email my application was accepted then i turned in all the other information. I waited days with no reply. So i called the lady just stated we go through applications every day its just a wait and see. I checked online and it said my application was denied. Then last night around 8pm i recieved an email which stated why it was denied. And it said it was my credit. Which i know is bullshit because i have great credit. I was going to dispute it but after reading how they have roaches, bed bugs and mice. I see maybe they did me a favor. I will say it looked pretty peaceful behind the gates. You wouldnt know it was right in the middle of the slums. It doesnt seem professional to me at all. read more

Just moved in to the complex. The office staff are absolutely excellent, patient and extremely helpful. They deserve a raise! My apartment was freshly painted, new appliances and everything worked! I called the maintenance staff on 2 occasions and they came to assist within 10 minutes of the call. The bus to NYC is right outside the complex and runs on time so far. I have been to the store outside of the complex and I have had no trouble so far. It is not frightening as Celeste B. is saying, at least in my experience. There are many towns adjacent to Irvington that have many amenties and reaching them is only a 10 minute drive, some of the towns are: South Orange, Maplewood, Bloomfield, Short Hills and Millburn to name a few. read more

They are worth no stars but I do not have a choice. I have lived in the complex for 10 years, I have all documentation that I have paid my rent and and even check with the rental office and it shows that the owe me a couple cents. However, I am receiving, another notice on my door to attend court. I have called the legal department because no wants to speak to me on this matter, Lori and Fluter said they were sending an apology letter, that did not arrive, (but another notice did). These people need to get their acts together and and stop giving tenants who pays their rent, on time a hassle. I strongly suggest that they also work on improving their customer service because that sucks. read more

Cheap allows you to save... Security are assholes... Sticker your car for everything under the sun. The legal department is a joke and they send you to eviction if you're 3 days late... Calling and trying to talk to anyone in corporate is a joke. After you sign your lease they could care less.. Safety looks better than it is.. Lived here for years there was a crackhead breaking into apartments, there were cars with windows being broken out.. It can get ridiculous but at the same time security is telling kids don't run on the grass? Shouldn't you be more concerned with our safety not if the kids play in the GRASS?????????? Maintenance works really hard but you can tell a lot of the time their hands are tied... And the women in the maintenance dept are incredibly rude... Everything is done on their time table screw anything you might have going on.. The laundry facilities are a little dated not horrific but trying to do it on Sunday is a lesson in hell... At the end of the day building 10 is probably the cleanest with 12 a close second heard some. Epic horror stories about 1 and 2 with rats and roaches for a year anyone can deal but longer than that I'm looking elsewhere. read more

I moved into a new apartment here at Maple and not even a month in there is RATS!. My place is well kept and clean so no reason for this issue. Living on the first floor I'm guessing I am very close to the garbage dump and basement. Constantly call to let maintenance know about the problem and the first thing I must experience is the unprofessionalism of the staff. They are there to assist when issues arise and they treat you like SHIT as if I am not suppose to call when there is an issue. I am sickly and having a infestation of rats and roaches is not healthy for me or anyone for that matter. Before welcoming new tenants if they know there is a rodent problem, why not make the effort to seal the holes prior to a new tenant moving in. Very unacceptable. I am not happy here and I will constantly complain until the issue is fixed. The place on the outside is well kept i must say but I AM NOT SLEEPING OUTSIDE! the insides need to be the same and if someone is complaining about a frigging rat infestation it should be handled much quicker. I saw a review that Andrew posted that they have changed there policy to next day service in an emergency. Don't be fooled I have yet to see this! I complain and I complain and just now im told I have to wait two week for the pest control guy to come because they only come every fourth Wednesday of the month. So i have to constantly sit in my house on guard because these rats are going nowhere and no one seems to see the urgency in fixing the issue. AGAIN i am not happy here and I think if the service was at least better maybe just maybe I could tolerate it better until something is done. I had been a resident of Maple Garden in Irvington, NJ for 5 years. In the time I lived there I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The staff (Ladies) in the leasing office has always went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. We have lived here for about 10 years now. My two major complaints are #1. They go up on your rent every year and who wants to pay close to $1,000 for a one bedroom, $1,500 for a two bedroom. #2.The parking is lousy unless your willing to pay $40-50 extra for a numbered spot and heaven forbid it snows the company they use will plow you in ! Other than that, all the different smells in the hallway.. Bottom line is this is probably the safest area in Irvington but it is too expensive, but much cheaper than NY. read more

I moved into Maple Gardens in October of 2016. I made the decision to move into the property because for one I lived in a property managed by Goldfarb when I lived in NYC and the maintenance was great there and after visiting Maple Gardens I saw first hand that the same standard of maintenance applied here. I am glad that I made the move. The property is safe and secure. The landscaping is well kept and the halls are cleaned daily. I was impressed to see security consistently patrolling the buildings and the garage. I have only had to call maintenance once and it was after hours but there was a maintenance worker at my apartment in 15 minutes. He fixed the problem which turned out to not as big of a problem as I thought it was. 5 minutes and he was done. Overall I have no complaints. It is also nice to have a fitness center, covered parking, grocery store, pharmacy and tax preparer inside of the gated community. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Best of all the prices is right for me. read more

I recently was looking to relocate from NY to NJ. I went here for a tour about 2 weeks ago and walked into the property where security was not very welcoming and saw two security people having a good conversation laughing and cursing.The property was very clean and landscape was very nice , I saw children playing and it was refreshing compared to what the outside looked likes outside the gates. I walked into the rental office and was greeted by a nice young lady at the window eating at her desk with a mouth full of food and texting on her cell phone. I was given a card to fill out and i returned it. A gentleman by the name of Alfredo was professionaly dressed and extremley polite and curtius. He showed me a 1 bedroom extreme which was lovely. The area would would be my only concerne and the professionality of the security people.Probably The service I recieved from the Leasing agent Alfredo would be the only reason I move to maple Gardens. read more
