Somewhere along the line I bought a jar of Todd's Black Bean and Corn Salsa out of Bangor, Maine. I cracked it open today and loved it. It had a deep tomato flavor, a little zip from the jalapenos, and some good crunch from the corn kernels. It was a flavorful thick salsa, with minimum "runniness" when I spooned some on a plate.
