It was caused by the teacher who has extremely long nails. Picking him up, seeing his face, shocked, heart-broken. They did not call me on the spot when this happened, and no sorry or no follow up. Talked to the director immediately, she said:"oh, it's normal, this kinda of thing happens every day!" Shame! Is this place a daycare?! Feel regretful to have put my son here, ever! So far, director did not follow up on anything, she sent me a $20 check after I BBB her facility, what a crap! If you want to put your kids there, consider again. 1. toddler classroom is very small, narrow 2. after some relatively better teacher left, this place is full of crapy teachers. They keep changing teachers, and enrolled some rude assistant. Grabbed the toy from my son extremely rudely to finish her sorting work, no words! My son hates this place, he denied to go there every morning, crying, and waiting at the door for me, crying, and there are several other kids together, crying! A non-teacher man was sorting the toys in the class, no other teachers around after 5pm. 3.private facility, there are two directors, only care about money. Very unprofessional to handle the accident on my son, no sorry from them so far, not promptly follow up this matter. 4. negligence happens all the time, including very severe one like the one on my son.

If you are concerned about security at daycare- this is not the place you want to take your child. The admin and directors do not show up until after 9am, or as late as 9:30am. Also, it's interesting that the negative review pointed out that the director is all about money. Parents are constantly having pet projects from the director or her friends dangled in front of them, or order forms for books placed in your child's bag on almost a weekly basis. The infant staff is great. The rest of the staff- meh. Low professionalism, an an extreme lack of diversity. If you can look past the smoke of the pomp and circumstance of the director, you'll see that this place is well below par compared to other daycare centers in the area. Be forwarned- I wasn't.

This was the most horrible place I could ever have imagined to put my daughter in. Thinking that…read morethis was an exceptional daycare I was mortified to see the disgusting conditions and unsafe working conditions where sometimes I would see only two caregivers two caregivers taking care of at least 10 infants. Our daughter attended summer camp here and loved it. Dana & Donna are fabulous. They do so many fun…read morethings with the kids and go on field trips twice a week. My daughter is exhausted by the time she comes home. We are sad to leave them in the fall as they do not offer kindergarten wrap around, but we will most certainly be back for summer camp next year and after school care for 1st grade.

I do pack extra snacks in case she doesn't care for that food; if my kid is a picky eater, I wouldn't expect the school to make a special meal just for my kid each day. The classrooms are clean and organized. The teachers try to take the kids out as much as possible - so dress your kid to play outside! The teachers play games with the kids and have interactive learning. My oldest was almost ready for kindergarten before he even started pre-K because of his great teachers! Prices are fair and the staff is very flexible, understanding, and caring. Both of my kids like it there and I like knowing they're safe, learning, and having fun!

Poorly run Daycare center, Does not provide alternate meals if your child doesn't like the meal…read moreserved, not even a simple cheese sandwich. Very small portions given to the children, no Milk is provided during the day unless you provide it. complains if child is hungry outside of meal times. Meals are not something most children would eat (rice and beans). Menu is of no use to you since he does not follow and rarly provided to parents. Never enough food given to children and they are not allowed seconds. I provide lunch and snacks each day and still there is issue with what he is allowed to eat and what time he is allowed to eat it. Teachers are the only good thing that has happened to this center. Once they realize how poorly it is run they go to other centers to work. Look around for a new center!
