So at the last minute with pain shooting up my face I had to find somewhere else to go. I needed a extraction for a fully erupted wisdom tooth. Little did I know that would be complicated enough without the short notice. This place got me in quickly. Once there the dental tech was a beautiful lady named Angel. She was very gentle and respectful. She knew right off what needed to be done and lost no time getting everything ready for the dentist. The dentist was AMAZING! Wow did he know what he was doing. This tooth had me taking 20 ibuprofens a day. So I was in a lot of pain. I didn't feel anything when he took my tooth out. Angel had to tell me it was all done. Omg that was the best dental experience ever in my life! And their x-rays are $40.

I felt heard, seen, and well cared for. I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Lily and I do not ever want another dentist. I mean, Dr. Antoine is super nice, but I am a Dr. Lily fan. I had to have a root canal and then we did veneers for my two front teeth. I had to wear temporary teeth until my veneers were finished and mine kept coming out. They were so patient with me and got me in quickly to help. I am very happy with my teeth and extremely grateful for everyone at Wakim Cosmetic and Family Dentistry.

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The X-ray technician was inexperienced and caused me severe discomfort and pain. The hygienist continued the trend, probing my gums until they bled, especially around the tooth with the loose crown, despite my request to reattach the crown. When the Intern or Dental Assistant entered, instead of addressing my issue, he presented a plan that involved pulling several teeth and fitting me with partial dentures throughout my mouth. My crown fell completely out during our conversation, and I repeated my request to have it reattached. He then told me that he would check with the real dentist to see if they had the necessary materials, returning with a smirk to say, "Unfortunately, we cannot help you." Overall, the office was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I think Aspen hires students who did not graduate or complete any of the necessary schooling for their positions. They all appear to be robots that couldn't get hired in a real dentist's office. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone, including pets. If you value your dental care, I recommend seeking a different provider.

My first visit started with a cleaning by one of his hygienist; however, knew I needed to replace a lost filling. X-rays were completed and Dr. Reno pleasantly introduced himself. Dr. Reno explained in detail our next steps aka treatment. He said, I needed a tooth extraction and a crown. My inner voice agreed with a "crown," and said "Right," however, paused about the tooth extraction. Seeing my facial reservations/expressions of discomfort, he offered and even suggested having a second opinion to validate his treatment. He further offered to send the x-rays and treatment to my past Dentist. At that point, he gained my confidence, sense of security and trust. Less than a week later, my tooth was extracted and now waiting for my well deserved "Crown." I am apprehensive about needles. He used topical anesthetic before using the needle to further numb me up. It was literally PAINLESS! 30-minutes later my tooth was extracted and a tooth prepped for my "crown." He communicated every step in detail prior to preforming his painless magic for my smile. His office was extremely flexible meeting my needs before end year. Basically, his office staff turned my "short-notice" timing priorities into theirs to meet my end year insurance. His office sends out text reminders for visits and email notices. Amazing! Love the open dialogue of communication for the Dr visits. Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.

I got multiple fillings at once in the back of my mouth, which required me to keep my mouth open very wide for a long time, and Dr. Vessali gave me no breaks and kept stretching my mouth open. Her bedside manner was rude--she and the hygienist just chatted casually as if I wasn't there. After the fillings, I sat up in my chair, still red and numb in the face and Dr. Vessali told me that she offers acne laser treatment that would be good for me. Completely unprompted. I believe the office called my mom later to check in after the appointment, and she informed them how upset I was about the treatment as well as the comments about my acne. The receptionist said nothing apologetic, just "okay, I'll let Doctor know." I had to return for another fillings appointment, and never received any apology or even an acknowledgement that something was wrong at the last appointment. These visits were in 2024 and I intended to write a review then, but was so upset that I just wanted to forget about it and find a new dentist. Now I've gone to other places and seen just how well I should be treated by other professionals. There is simply no reason to subject yourself to this kind of treatment when there are so many amazing dentists who will treat you kindly and not make unsolicited suggestions for cosmetic procedures.
