Although the quality of the work is excellent, their business practices lack ethics. Being the financially responsible party, I expected a COMPLETE itemized statement of possible costs to complete the process. The doctor, and office manager knew full well that she had extensive bone loss in her lower jaw, but not once did anyone tell us the possibility of having to remake the lower denture to complete the process!!! I did my financial planning based on the information the office manager, Cindee provided. Kansas Perio did the implants and grafting in her lower jaw. It wasn't until all this work was completed that we were told a new lower denture needed to be done. I was expecting to pay the last 5,900 dollars that Cindee originally provided to finish the process. Now that has ballooned to $8,439!! To me, this is unacceptable but I guess that's how Auburn Dental wants to handle patients. Cindee's explanation to me for not being told by her, or the doctor, of the possibility of this extra cost, as they don't want to scare off patients from getting dentures done!!! Auburn Dental has all these great reviews, but if you have a more complicated case watch out!! To me, it was extremely clear now that it was probably better than an eighty percent chance of needing the lower remade because of all the grafting and I should have been told!!!

I went to Dr. McAnally at Goddard Family Dental today at 10:30 AM. Because he knew it was an emergency, he had me in at 2:00 PM today,, fabricated and inserted a temporary cap (takes a couple of weeks to manufacture a replacement permanent one) and he filled a cavity in an adjacent tooth that became visible when the old root canal fell out as well. What a thorough and professional job he did! The staff is very professional and courtesy. I would highly recommend Goddard Family Dental to anyone.

My teeth cleanings are very comfortable and I get to watch my favorite shows on netflix during the process. The dentist is down to earth and easy to talk too. I never feel like I am being judged or just another number to them. I recently had to have a couple broken teeth fixed and it was a completely pain free! My teeth have never felt better! I did no research or anything prior to scheduling. It was a really good offer and I desperately needed work done so to me it didn't matter who did it, I just saw something cheap and I went for it lol. I am so glad I found this office. The entire staff is nothing but amazing! Within the last few months, I've had to have four wisdom teeth removed, cavities filled/refilled (my previous dentist stunk), and a massive descale since I hadn't been in for a cleaning in who knows how long. I've always had anxiety when it came to the dentist (...my previous dentist stunk). But these guys were super gentle and calming through all of my anxiety fueled procedures. They didn't shame me for not going to the dentist in a few years and related to my concerns. Had a wonderful hygienist who was professional and relatable. Made my 2 hour appointment feel like 30 minutes. The layout of the office was open and relaxing for those who "fear" the dentist. I liked them so much I will be taking my daughter as well. They acclimate young children by inviting them to visit, walk around, listen to the sounds, and get comfortable before they do any work on them. Dr. Pauly and crew were fantastic. Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.

I was referred here by a friend due to their work on her infant's tongue tie. I had that procedure back in August and Carrie did an amazing job with the body work and prep leading up to the release. Then she had great follow up after.
