Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The X-ray technician was inexperienced and caused me severe discomfort and pain. The hygienist continued the trend, probing my gums until they bled, especially around the tooth with the loose crown, despite my request to reattach the crown. When the Intern or Dental Assistant entered, instead of addressing my issue, he presented a plan that involved pulling several teeth and fitting me with partial dentures throughout my mouth. My crown fell completely out during our conversation, and I repeated my request to have it reattached. He then told me that he would check with the real dentist to see if they had the necessary materials, returning with a smirk to say, "Unfortunately, we cannot help you." Overall, the office was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I think Aspen hires students who did not graduate or complete any of the necessary schooling for their positions. They all appear to be robots that couldn't get hired in a real dentist's office. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone, including pets. If you value your dental care, I recommend seeking a different provider.

I saw the hygienist, office mgr, dentist (who was decent) and finally given a sheet by the hygienist of what it would cost to have a 'deep clean' done. I had already told her I didn't need it or want it. Two days of pain and $1500 out of my pocket. Insurance would pay the other $1500. She tried to tell me I had gingivitis. I did not have gingivitis! I just needed a normal cleaning. She declined to do that. Definitely gave me a scam vibe. How has this dentist allowed her to control acquisition of patients based on how she felt. I saw my dentist 3 weeks later and she said there was no gingivitis. I had a cleaning done by my usual hygienist. Everyone needs to know when there is scamming going on. Aspen Dental on Ridge Road are not reliable and they allow people with less authority to make decisions for the office. Never again!!!

The entire staff is nothing but amazing! Within the last few months, I've had to have four wisdom teeth removed, cavities filled/refilled (my previous dentist stunk), and a massive descale since I hadn't been in for a cleaning in who knows how long. I've always had anxiety when it came to the dentist (...my previous dentist stunk). But these guys were super gentle and calming through all of my anxiety fueled procedures. Made my 2 hour appointment feel like 30 minutes. The layout of the office was open and relaxing for those who "fear" the dentist. I liked them so much I will be taking my daughter as well. They acclimate young children by inviting them to visit, walk around, listen to the sounds, and get comfortable before they do any work on them. Dr. Pauly and crew were fantastic. Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.
